Early Alpha👁️ I've been looking into @SlopCash, the first token launch on @umia_finance, and I think this one deserves some attention. Here's why I'm keeping an eye on $SLOP 👇 1. Team Slop Cash is built by two experienced founders: • @shawmakesmagic: Co-founder & CTO, best known as creator of @elizaOS, one of the most recognized open-source AI agent frameworks in crypto. • @mil_itia: Co-founder & CEO, with around a decade of experience across crypto and AI infrastructure, including Arweave, Ava Labs, Orderly Network, and Voyager Digital. What caught my attention is the combination of Shaw's technical background in AI agents and Drew's experience building and scaling crypto products. Unlike many AI projects launching tokens with nothing but a roadmap, Slop Cash already has a working product. 2. What are they building ? Slop Cash is a funding and reward system for open-source development. The idea is simple: • Developers and AI agents contribute code • Maintainers review and merge quality contributions • Contributors get rewarded in USDC or project tokens No rewards for spam PRs. Only accepted work gets paid. The platform reportedly distributed around $6K USDC to contributors in September 2026. 3. $SLOP auction details Token is launching on Robinhood Chain through Umia's auction platform. • Total supply: 100M $SLOP • Auction allocation: 45% • Starting FDV: ~$889K • Maximum FDV: ~$2.2M • Minimum raise: $400K • Fully unlocked at TGE • Bidding currency: USDG There was no previous private token round. 4. Here's where it gets interesting: Early Bid The auction has two phases: → Nov 5, 17:00 UTC: Early Bid opens → Nov 7, 17:00 UTC: Public bidding opens → Nov 10, 17:00 UTC: Auction ends Early Bid is reserved for eligible participants, including verified open-source contributors and selected allowlisted wallets. Eligibility can be verified through zkTLS using GitHub activity. The criteria will be revealed when Early Bid opens, but the qualification cutoff has already passed. So this isn't something you can simply farm today. 5. Why am I watching this ? A few things caught my attention: • Two experienced founders with backgrounds in AI and crypto infrastructure • A real product with actual contributor payouts • A relatively low starting FDV • 45% of supply distributed through auction • Early access for genuine open-source contributors But there's one important detail. $SLOP is primarily a governance token. You don't need it to use the product or receive rewards. Product growth doesn't automatically translate into token demand. Also, this is a clearing auction, so the starting FDV isn't necessarily the valuation you'll end up paying. My take: I'm not calling this a guaranteed opportunity, but it's definitely worth putting on your radar. The combination of a working product, experienced founders, and a relatively low starting valuation makes it interesting enough to research further.
