Server admins can opt channels out starting today.

What we got wrong: from Oct 12, 9:32 PM to Oct 13, 5:25 PM CEST, a new rule wrongly blocked some real users, mostly on mobile. We’ve rolled it back and are adding broader testing so it doesn’t happen again. We’re sorry.
