> is strong in React Native and TypeScript, from architecture to App Store releases
> can turn a vague user problem into a polished feature without waiting for a spec
> already uses AI tools as a core part of their workflow
The team leans toward people who built consumer products outside crypto, so a strong web2 mobile background counts for a lot. Marketplaces, gaming, fintech or e-commerce experience is a plus, and so is a soft spot for Pokémon or sports cards.
