PUBLIC STATEMENT REGARDING THE DISMISSAL OF MS ANA SKENDERSKA'S LEGAL CLAIM AND COURT JUDGMENTS OBTAINED IN PIPFARM'S FAVOUR
To update our public statement of 16 December 2025:
On 17 June 2026, the Singapore State Courts dismissed Ms Ana Skenderska's (@anaskenderska on X / iamanaskender on Instagram) legal claim against ECI Ventures Pte. Ltd. ("PipFarm").
Therefore, PipFarm has no outstanding liability in relation to any of the legal claims made against the company.
So far, Ms Ana Skenderska has been ordered to pay legal costs to PipFarm on three separate occasions, and further costs are to be assessed at upcoming hearings.
The Singapore court proceedings have entered the assessment and inquiry of damages stage for the following counterclaims for which PipFarm has obtained judgment against Ms Ana Skenderska:
1. Unlawful interference with business
2. Malicious falsehood
3. Breach of confidence and/or misuse of confidential information
4. Libel
PipFarm has not been ordered to pay any sum to Ms Ana Skenderska in respect of either her claim against PipFarm or PipFarm's counterclaim against her.
