Can someone please reach out to us and help us fix this?

@ftdflowers you had one job. I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day, delivery on Friday, get confirmation of the order, get home no flowers, no big deal. Around 8:30pm Friday, call and get told the order is on its way
Nothing shows up Friday, I call Saturday morning to get a status, give the order number, get told they can’t find the order will get a call back. Nothing. Called today, to get told that the florist rejected the order on Friday, as it is outside their delivery area
What happened @ftdflowers? Your system did not surface this in any updates? Why did you pick a florist that did not deliver to our house? Why were your agents unable to communicate this? My wife missed out on flowers on Valentine’s Day due to you not sharing information.
