The Nike Dunk Low "Halloween" is built off the 2001 "Halloween" Dunk Low Pro B: sail and black, orange Swoosh, glow-in-the-dark details.
It debuted in select markets in October 2021, but missed the holiday in the US and ended up landing on April 1, 2022. A Halloween shoe on April Fools' Day.
The joke didn't stick. It's top three, and it comes back around every October.
