Nearly four years after his tragic death, #Takeoff’s estate is fighting to get a sexual assault lawsuit filed against the late Migos rapper dismissed. ⚖️
According to court filings, Takeoff’s mother and estate claim the woman who accused him of sexual assault deleted text messages after filing her lawsuit in 2020.
Takeoff denied the allegations before his death, and prosecutors declined to file criminal charges in 2021 due to insufficient evidence.
The estate is now asking the judge to dismiss the civil case, with a hearing scheduled for January 21, 2027. 👀
