Really disappointed in @owalalife. A $20 kids tumbler broke within a month, and instead of standing by their product, they offered a 20% discount that gets wiped out by shipping costs. Now I’ve been ghosted for months with zero resolution. Do better.
@owalalife learn from companies like @Nanit and @OXO who have replaced faulty products for me without hesitation—no hoops, no ghosting. That’s what real customer service looks like. I won’t be buying from @owalalife again.
