This is exactly why we need more working class people running for office.
Villegas: "The programs I grew up on are all being gutted by my opponent and this administration to go give more tax breaks to billionaires."
Every election is an opportunity to build power for working people.
We've got about 1,000 endorsed candidates up and down ballots across the country. See them all at wfpus.org/candidates

🌞 GOOD MORNING NEW YORK 🌞
🗳 Early voting starts today! Make sure you know where your polling place is and who are your local WFP candidates, and vote up and down the ballot on Row D, the Working Families ballot line.
Visit votewfp.info and let's get out the vote!
We're proud to endorse @TroyJackson207 for U.S. Senate in Maine.
Troy is a logger and a union man who has spent his life fighting for Mainers. He's running to build political power for the working families, not the billionaires who have bankrolled Susan Collins for decades.

I’ve been released from IDF custody with a “warning,” apparently because of my public profile (I told them I wasn’t even a congressmember yet, just a nominee).
But several dozen rabbis & participants harvesting olives with me are still in detention. For harvesting olives. They should all be released immediately.
To be clear: Palestinians face far worse consequences every day. These detentions by the IDF are one more attempt to undermine Palestinians’ right to harvest their olive groves, travel on their roads, and live in their homes. Yet one more element of escalating, and very clearly state-sponsored ethnic cleansing.
We’ll update on their status as soon as we hear.

Corporations: If you raise the minimum wage, we’ll have to raise prices! If we let our workers unionize, we’ll have to raise prices! If you tax us, we’ll have to raise prices!
Also Corporations: (continues to raise prices without any of those things happening)
Normalize calling Republicans out on their BS.
