Bitcoin Magazine's Shinobi on how he's protecting his Bitcoin as AI speeds up hacking:
"Just keep the bulk of your money offline in cold storage."
"I have my small balances and spending wallets and if those protocols or pieces of software have problems, I might lose a few hundred bucks, but I can live with that."
Bitcoin for Corporations' Allard Peng: "Money probably won't become irrelevant anytime soon, or maybe even ever."
"The bigger question is, what kind of money will there be?"
"Bitcoin is a solid candidate for this just because it is truly the hardest money known to mankind." 🌎
Bitcoin treasury preferreds crashed in June. Bitcoin for Corporations' Allard Peng (@stonychambers) on why they're stuck just below par, and what changes that:
"Traders that bought in at the distressed low prices, they're going to be looking to exit."
"Once those traders have successfully offloaded everything, now you have the potential for the shares to return to par."
Charter's 2026 AI Pulse surveyed 5,000+ Americans who use AI at work:
BMTV Host Grace Remington (@GraceRemiTV): "Only 10% say it has substantially improved their lives."
BMTV Analyst Sean Hagan (@realseanhagan): "I think replacement is coming. And I'm not so sure that's a good thing. But is it inevitable?"
Bitcoin Magazine's Shinobi on where AI-driven hacking ends up:
"I'm very confident on the other side of this, we will find all of these massive bugs in these decades of mistakes. We'll fix them with AI going forward."
"But that adjustment period is going to be rough."

JUST IN: Bitcoin measured against tech stocks just climbed back above its 200-day average, ending 235 trading days below it 👀
Think of it as bitcoin divided by the Nasdaq. When the line rises, bitcoin is beating tech. It reclaimed the average on Sept. 18 and has held since.
A year after past reclaims, BTC was up 122% (2015), 59% (2019), 254% (2020) and 84% (2023). The one miss, July 2021, fell 43%.
⬛️ @Blockstream's Peter Bain on the quantum threat to Bitcoin:
"I still believe that quantum computing is at least decades away."
"That has more to do with the hardware capabilities than really the software side or the math side."

Today’s Chart of The Day:
$BTC MVRV Ratio
MVRV held above 1 this bear with cost basis only falling 7%. There was no fire sale.
MVRV just reclaimed it’s one year average.
After the last three bear markets, that proceeded gains of 41-109% over the next year.
When Stand With Crypto launched, it counted 90-some pro-crypto lawmakers. Today it's 338. Mason Lynaugh:
"I have confidence in our community that we're going to see the most pro crypto Congress ever once this election is done." 📈
67 million Americans own crypto.
Stand With Crypto's Mason Lynaugh on what that means in races decided by a few hundred votes:
"Crypto voters can be the swing voter they've always been looking for."
"It's an issue that you can't sit on the sidelines for."
⚡️@Zaprite's Parker Lewis on how Bitcoin goes from savings to everyday money:
"The shift to Bitcoin payments will be something driven by merchants... People will charge premiums to accept fiat because of the greater cost."
"As more goods become exchangeable for Bitcoin, Bitcoin will store value better and better."
Look Into Bitcoin's Matt Crosby on what silver's run says about Bitcoin's next move:
📌 Silver bottomed near a $1 trillion market cap, then ran to $7 trillion
📌 Bitcoin's most recent bottom: about $1.1 trillion
"Bitcoin now is one of the most illiquid yet highly demanded assets across institutional, retail allocators."
⚡️@ZapriteApp's Parker Lewis on why Bitcoin treasury companies aren't like any other stock:
"With a company like a Google or even a bank, if you want access to their assets, you have to own their stock."
"That's not the case with the underlying asset Bitcoin."
Anthropic is paying a 10% coupon on $9 billion of junior debt to fund its AI buildout.
Similarly rated borrowers pay around 7%.
BMTV Analyst Sean Hagan: "I don't think they [retail] should feel confident that this is sustainable."
U.S. producer prices in September:
📌 Up 1.3% in one month, the biggest jump since 2022
📌 Up 6.3% from a year ago
📌 Producer energy prices up nearly 11%
"You can't discount energy driven inflation risk just yet."
"My base case is that we do see CPI chase PPI upward."
Grace Remington: "Could today's shortages end up creating an oil glut in 2027?"
Bloomberg Intelligence's Commodity Strategist Mike McGlone: "Almost certainly."
"There's a pretty significant growing surplus of U.S. and Canadian liquid fuels and crude oil production." 🌍

JUST IN: Bitcoin's MVRV ratio is back above its one-year average at 1.56 📈
MVRV compares Bitcoin's price to the average price every coin last moved at.
Every past bear market pushed it below 1.0, leaving the average holder underwater. This cycle, it bottomed at 1.10 and never broke 1.0.
After the last three bears, this same flip came before 41% to 109% gains over the next year.
Can it go four for four? 👀
