A job title tells you what someone is called. It rarely tells you whether they understand the problem in front of you.

If your network were queryable, what would your first question be? If this is your problem, comment “BETA” or DM us.

We are building Persona at ZYND to understand the outcome behind a search before returning possible people.
77
A principle we keep returning to: your network should be queryable by intent, not browsed by memory.
48
“Find someone who has solved this exact problem” is a useful request. A list of 500 profiles is not a useful answer.
40
What if you could search your professional world by intent instead of scrolling by name, company, and title?
28
What is one person your work needs right now: a customer, hire, investor, operator, expert, or collaborator? Small beta opening soon. DM us “BETA” for priority access.
24
We are building Persona at ZYND around a simple goal: turn a professional need into a relevant person and a clear reason to connect. Small beta opening soon. DM us “BETA” for priority access.
31
Our view: network value comes from relevant retrieval, not contact count.
24
You know hundreds of people. A new problem appears. You remember the same five names. The rest of the network might as well be invisible.
24
How many people are in your network and how many could you actually find when a specific problem appears?
29
Most professionals do not need more contacts. They need a better way to find the right person at the moment that person matters.
21
And that is why we are building Persona Can’t wait to make it public Btw @gregisenberg would you like to try it out
I think cold email is going to die. Every email inbox will have an agent gatekeeper soon, and the only way through will be a warm intro or being interesting enough that the agent decides you're worth its person's time.

You're looking for founders who need marketing help. They're already in your LinkedIn network. You just can't tell which ones. Right now that means scrolling through profiles, checking who posted about a launch, guessing who's actually looking versus who's just active online. By the time you figure out who's worth pitching, they've already hired someone else. Persona reads across your entire LinkedIn network and surfaces the founders who actually fit, complete with the reasoning behind each match. Beta Program coming soon. DM for priority access.

You've built a LinkedIn network of hundreds of people. But when you actually need one of them, you can't find them. Not because they're not in there. Because there's no way to ask. "Who are the top 10 builders I should know?" "Who in my network is building something in AI right now?" "Which of my connections work at companies hiring engineers?" Right now, the only way to answer that is to scroll through profiles and hope the right name shows up. Persona reads across your entire LinkedIn network and finds who actually fits, with reasoning for why. Beta Program coming soon. DM For Priority Access

Building an AI agent is one thing. Publishing it so other agents can actually find it, trust it, and use it is a different challenge altogether. Worth the read.

Identity is easy to ignore when you're building one agent It becomes essential the moment agents start calling each other, exchanging work, and handling payments Worth reading
