Sir the DOB and ID number is visible, in case you wanted to keep it hidden!
Though not a major concern since most of this data is anyway in public records.
Couldn't DM or reply as post is limited but masking pitfalls like this are very common.
Let's be extra cautious.

Our state bird is changing its voice to be heard over us
If you’ve been to Chopta, Tungnath or the high meadows of Garhwal, you may have seen it: the Himalayan monal, the male shining in green, blue, purple and copper like it’s been painted by hand. It’s Uttarakhand’s state bird and Nepal’s national bird, and it lives high in the mountains, between about 2,100 and 4,500 metres.
Now, two studies by researchers from HNB Garhwal University show that this bird is changing, and we’re the reason.
For the first study, published in the journal Behavioural Processes in August 2025, Rajeev Lochan, Dinesh Kumar Sharma and Anand Kumar placed recording devices in two valleys of the Kedarnath Musk Deer Sanctuary. One was Madmaheshwar, a quiet valley with no road. The other was Chopta, packed with vehicles, tourists and pilgrims. Between April 2023 and June 2024, they recorded 719 monal calls.
What they found was clear. Monals in noisy Chopta were calling at a higher pitch than those in quiet Madmaheshwar. The likely reason is simple: human noise from traffic and crowds is mostly low-pitched, so the birds raise their pitch to be heard above it. The change is so subtle that our ears can’t catch it, but the recordings can.
The researchers are careful to say this isn’t a permanent change in the species. It shows the birds are adjusting their behaviour to survive in a noisier world. But these calls aren’t just sounds. They’re how monals find mates, warn rivals and stay connected. If they can’t hear each other properly, it could affect how they breed and survive. The team calls this a preliminary study, and says much more research is needed to know the long-term impact.
The second study, published in Scientific Reports in 2025, looked at where the monal can live in the future. Using over 5,000 records of where the bird has been seen, and climate models used by the UN’s climate panel, the researchers projected that climate change will keep shrinking and breaking up the monal’s habitat across Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh through the end of this century.
As snow melts and the climate warms, the birds are moving higher up the mountains. At the same time, the alpine meadows where they live are getting crowded with people. Pushed from below and limited at the top, monals could end up in small, disconnected pockets. That makes it harder for groups to meet and breed, and raises the risk of local populations dying out.
Right now, the monal isn’t listed as endangered. But that’s exactly why these findings matter. As one environmental expert put it, if even the monal has to change both its voice and its address, what’s happening to the more sensitive species no one is studying?
A bird that has lived in these mountains for thousands of years now has to raise its voice and climb higher just to survive us.

Be careful not to become impressive to strangers and unavailable to your family.
I hope WhatsApp understands the critical nature of its service for anyone especially in India
What a joke is this @WhatsApp @finkd @kunalb11 Do publically share one reason why this has been done?

Wow it's not just me or few, many users reporting the issue. I wish India had class action lawsuit.

And the strange WhatsApp stories just keep coming… 😳
After the WhatsApp issues I shared earlier, I’m seeing another problem being reported by users.
This time, people say their accounts are suddenly being placed “under review.”
One user recently changed phone numbers and created a new WhatsApp account.
He then messaged around 30–40 people he already knew to tell them about his new number.
After that, things became strange.
According to him, whenever he starts conversations with just a couple of contacts who haven’t saved his new number yet, WhatsApp puts his account under review again.
And he isn’t the only one complaining.
Other users in the discussion say they’ve experienced repeated reviews or restrictions too.
Now, we don’t know exactly what WhatsApp’s systems are detecting in these individual cases.
But imagine depending on WhatsApp for your family, friends or work…
and suddenly losing access because an automated system thinks your normal messages look suspicious.
AI and automated security can protect us from spam and scams.
But when those systems get it wrong, reaching an actual human becomes incredibly important.
The more WhatsApp stories I read, the more I realize how dependent we’ve become on one app.
Has your WhatsApp account ever suddenly been restricted or put under review?
And the misery doesn't stop, got account back after 8 hours but it took further 12 hours for WhatsApp to restore messaging on device, and now it seems Web/Desktop login is to be avoided. WhatsApp is failing to handle its power users likely due to an AI experiment?
Summary of my recent WhatsApp Blocking and others experience
1. If you are using it on desktop, the WhatsApp algorithm is identifying ctrl+C & ctrl+V as a spamming method.
2. Once you submit the review, it gets resolved in 8 to 10 hours.
3. But if you login again on the same device, it will again block.
4. Many people have messaged me and called me regarding the same experience
5. Even if you are forwarding the message from desktop app to groups, then also it is considering it as spamming.
6. Even if you are sending messages to the group by copying and pasting from desktop, it is still considering it as spamming.
7. A new feature of reporting has also been added. I don’t know if anyone reported me or anyone who faced the similar thing.
8. Now what I will be trying will be logging on another desktop to check whether the Mac is blocked from using or WhatsApp desktop is banned on this mobile number altogether.
9. More or less Whatsapp is, I think pushing for paid versions now.

🚨Ajinkya Rahane shares the emotional story that changed his life forever. ❤️🥹
Rahane revealed that at just 7 years old, he used to travel alone in Mumbai's crowded local trains with his cricket kit.
Years later, his father told him a secret...
Although he had asked Ajinkya to travel alone, he would quietly follow him from another compartment every day to make sure his son reached safely.
That moment deeply moved Rahane.
"From that day, I decided that whatever I achieve in cricket, I'll do it for my parents." ❤️
