Now this is the story all about how my life got twisted upside down. My travel vlogs & @wctmuk fellowship thread. xitter.cf/Arf_22/status/89783494…
Going to make this a thread about my @wcmtuk travel vlog. Context: medium.com/@arf_22/exploring…
arfahfarooq.com/ - clever way to market!
I launched the first image and video generation models at Google, and kept asking why all AI designs look the same.
AI has brought us the WORST era of design.
It made content creation effortless, but it also made 90% of it look painfully generic.
My co-founder and I spent 2 years building in stealth to change that.
Meet Vyb, the first AI design model that understands your taste like a designer would.
RT + comment your website URL and we’ll make your first design.
Have kids. Meeting in each others home is the east wat!
I honestly love the new claude code projects update, its just made it so much more easier to run things, tidy, know what stuff is waiting on me, while juggling kids I can't be at 24/7 and this just makes it easy to return to a task when I get a moment. My ADHD brain loves it.
Love this! I've built a system where my agent finds relevant videos and pics for my carousels and video editing, but sometimes you want to just find that VERY
specific thing yourself. Installing it now!
Search your Mac by what's in your files, not what they're called.
DigUp runs @GoogleDeepMind's new EmbeddingGemma 2 on-device: describe a video moment, a podcast minute, a PDF page, a photo or code, in any language, and dig it up.

Time to go again! Excited to see what you cook up! 🚀🚀🚀
I left @fal to start something new.
GTA 6 costs $2B. 50k game devs have been laid off since 2022. At the same time this last week one person with opus 5.5 + fal can mashup/remix any game they want in a weekend, and those mods did 1B+ views across social platforms in a week.
the next great games company looks nothing like the last ones. I'm building it with the my closest friends @BlendiByl @nicholaskkao and @Christos_antono
I've been teaching prompting with my kid since she was 2 and Chatgpt first released AI images. She now has an AI drawing robot too. You can merge AI with kids and creativity but people going to be hating. Well, I'm sorry my kids ready for the future!
Honestly I think its become "woke" to hate AI. There are so many haters out there. My theory is 1) it's woke if you hate it 2) they don't understand it so again lets just hate 3) They see other people making money with it so hate.
I've been thinking about this kinda system a lot, sending it to my claude to set it up on my todoist via mcp
How I get AI + my human assistant to do 50% of my work each day before I get out of bed:
I use Todoist to track my daily to-dos. Each task inside Todoist gets a description that follows a simple formula:
Why, Done, Access, Who
Why = the purpose of the task
Done = what does done look like
Access = what tools are needed to complete the task
Who = who is responsible for completion
Every morning Codex looks at Todoist at all the tasks due that day.
For any tasks where "Who" = Codex, it just completes the task.
This could be drafting follow ups, writing an email broadcast, scheduling a UPS pickup, or any number of other things.
For any task where "Who" = me or my assistant, Codex drafts a brief in the comments section of the task. The brief is designed to do as much of the task as Codex possibly can so that we can step in and finish it off.
The brief may add additional context, an exact phone number to call, a specific person I personally need to reach out to and the details of our last interaction, etc.
I highly recommend following the Why, Done, Access, Who context model for task management.
It's kinda a pain to add all those details for simple tasks like "book haircut" but 30 seconds of additional effort on your part enables your AI (or your human) assistant to take entire tasks off your plate in one shot.
Weird I was thinking about something like this today and getting claude to work of my to do list app
Today we're launching Roma.
Roma is the to-do list that does itself. The original productivity tool reinvented.
Months of hard work, and a lot of honest feedback from beta users who kept pushing us to get it right.
roma.app/
Roma is available today. Can't wait to hear what you think.
@ycombinator
You need @hey__fo in your life. I had built an AI agent giving me summeries on my daughters school stuff every day using codex but thats fixed at fixed time, receiving this text randomly yesterday when I had not even told it to do that was amazing.
Built by a women @shivanipod
Silicon Valley keeps building me a husband when what I really want is a wife lol
I don't want an agent that only does one-off, random tasks that are nice but not life-changing: booking flights, making dinner reservations, or buying tickets
I want an AI wife who knows what’s on the family calendar, remembers there’s a birthday party Saturday and we haven’t bought a gift then sends me options, realizes we’re almost out of diapers and buys them, knows which bills are coming up, remembers someone needs a dentist appointment and books it, figures out what the hell we’re eating all week and what we need from the grocery store, and generally keeps track of the 47 things that need to happen before anyone else even realizes they need to happen.
So, who's building me an AI wife that carries the mental load instead of an AI husband that waits for me to give it a chore??
I downloaded the GitHub skill over the weekend and ended up building my style for my videos which I was so happy with. I'm assuming this will just level it up further. So rather than my render opening as a local host it could open in the app?!
Built a nap tracker in claude (huckleberry was too many features I don't use and needed the nap sweetspot info) got it to use huckleberry articles as data source, My sleep data is saved in airtable which I gave @hey__fo access and now Fo can send nudges to both me and my husband
My use cases on AI feel so basic for X but its probably time I start talking about it here (or atleast reposting via automation) here is what I did last night. Sorted my clips and then told it to surprise me by cutting it into something (this is v.2 after i gave it a screenshot)
Discovering there is a brown woman behind this agent has made me even more happy <3 Credentials aside!
I led engineering at Google DeepMind.
Today, I'm proud to introduce Fo to give personal AI something no lab ever has... Humans.
Other personal AI's pretend AI can do everything. Fo employs humans to do tasks that AI cannot.
- 2x better at real-world task completion (beats other agents by 69%)
- 94% trust rate (4x less likely to leak private info vs Muse, Instinct)
