Our founders Marc, Louis and Zad discuss why they built Arvo, and where they’re taking it next.
Land doesn't stop trading when the property market slows.
Arvo's first operating model is built around acquiring land, subdividing it and bringing individual plots to auction.
In a rising market, acquisition and resale prices may increase. In a falling market, we can acquire at lower prices and adjust resale expectations accordingly.
The focus remains the same: buying at the right price, maintaining margins and completing transactions.
Capital is deployed into tangible land assets or held within the business and Treasury.
The market changes. The business model doesn't.

An offer has been accepted on a new land site.
The operating team is finalising the acquisition figures and ARVO’s proposed participation.
The site will be subdivided and sold as individual plots through monthly auctions, returning capital as sales complete. Arvo’s share of distributable profit supports Treasury growth, further investment and future USDC rewards for eligible $ARVO stakers.
We’ll publish the confirmed structure, key numbers and project progress through the Arvo app.
Six acres. Thirteen plots. Sold through monthly auctions.
This completed project shows the operating model behind Arvo: acquire a site, subdivide it and sell individual plots, allowing capital to return as sales complete.
Purchase price: £100,000
Gross sales: £240,000
Operating profit: £110,000
Under Arvo’s model, 50% of distributable business profit goes to Treasury, supporting further investment, reserves and USDC staking rewards.
Real projects. Multiple exits. Business activity supporting $ARVO.
Real business activity is at the centre of Arvo’s model.
50% of distributable business profit stays in the operating business, supporting growth and future projects.
The other 50% goes to the Arvo Treasury, supporting further investment, reserves, stablecoin staking rewards, buybacks and protocol development.
That’s how business performance supports the $ARVO ecosystem.
How does Arvo’s business activity support the protocol?
50% of distributable business profit stays in the operating business. The other 50% goes to the Arvo Treasury, supporting further investment, reserves, staking rewards, buybacks and protocol development.
Here’s an example of how a £600,000 Treasury contribution could be allocated, including £90,000 towards stablecoin staking rewards.
That’s the connection: real business profits helping fund USDC rewards for eligible $ARVO holders.
Illustrative figures only. Actual allocations and rewards depend on Treasury policy and published vault terms.
ARVO projects will not rely on finding one buyer for an entire site.
Once subdivision is complete, individual plots can be entered into monthly auctions and sold separately.
That creates multiple exits from one acquisition and a recurring flow of completed sales throughout the project.

How ARVO’s land model works:
Suitable sites are acquired and legally divided into individual plots.
Those plots are then released in batches through established monthly property auctions.
Each completed sale returns capital progressively rather than keeping it locked until the entire site is sold.
Testnet deployment is complete and internal release testing is underway.
Next:
- Complete end-to-end checks.
- External security review.
- Waitlist access codes.
- Introductory vault opening.
- Public platform release.

The ARVO staking platform has been deployed to testnet with internal testing underway ahead of public release.
Further updates to come throughout this week.
Most chains host assets that only exist on them. Robinhood Chain was built for the opposite: real things, represented on chain.
UK land is exactly that. Title at HM Land Registry, coordination on chain.
$35M+ completed by our operator. Multiple products, different risk appetites.

The Arvo app is now undergoing validation ahead of public launch.
Each accepted stake records its principal, reward entitlement and maturity date. Subsequent token price movements do not recalculate its agreed payout.
The architecture supports new vault configurations and reward products as the Arvo ecosystem expands.

Why land and how do we find buyers?
These are two questions we’re often asked about Arvo’s first operating model.
Our auction partner has an established network of approximately 42,000 active land investors, with opportunities marketed to them every month.
And that’s just one channel.
Before acquiring a site, the team assesses what investors are looking for, how the land can be subdivided, realistic sale prices and the best routes to market.
That understanding shapes both what we buy and how the individual plots are marketed through monthly auctions and established sales channels.
For Arvo, this means the first operating model starts with an experienced team, an established investor network and a clear route to buyers.
The sales strategy begins before the land is acquired.
