Sometimes to do something truly special you need a recipe of nonnegotiable beliefs such as: ✅ Intentionality ✅ Competitive work ethic ✅ Unwavering belief 🔑 PLUS THE KEY to it all: - A relentless commitment to what you’re doing, *WHY* you’re doing it, and the larger impact it will have. To pave the way for new opportunities, growth, and success. This crowdfunding campaign is all of that! We have high goals and expectations, and we want YOU to be a part of it! 🫵🏽 ❗️Stay tuned to our page for the link to help support our young women and the future of Ball State Softball! 🥎 #ChirpChirp x #WeFly x #CCMF 👌🏽❤️🖤

Being good enough to help isn’t enough. You don’t earn trust with your best performance. You earn it by meeting the standard consistently. Give your team something they never have to question: whether you’ll do your part.

Notice how people only talk about how good a leader is when they are winning. Some of the best leadership I’ve witnessed happened during seasons of hardship.
