@swiggy_in @SwiggyCares why swiggy desperately wanted to get down my ratings by ignoring so many 5 star rating. No use of complaints. Just false promises. This happens every month & continues in July month also. See the image. Recived 2 ratings. 1* & 5 *. Counted 1* only.

Already I am complaining about this from last 2 months. And always your answer is ' we forwarding your query to concern team & they will contact you.' But no one is contacting and trying to resolve this. I am doubtful about existence of such team.
