Does anyone else find it unacceptable that @Facebook @facebookapp doesn’t have any humans to support their subscribers, esp. when their accounts/identities have been compromised? This is a serious issue and the “community support” model is total garbage.
Seeking @Facebook help! My account was hacked/hijacked and I’m unable to regain access. All available online tools to secure my account have been unsuccessful and I need some real human help. Any advise/leads to get out of this mess?!? #help @facebookapp @instagram
