i love seeing the littles in their costumes and all of them are so polite
they only take one piece of candy and i always tell them to take more (i do try to ask the parents if its okay, i understand if its their specific rule)

Last year, our friend and mod Bignals spent months in the hospital fighting B-cell lymphoma, on top of living with muscular dystrophy. He lost his ability to walk and became wheelchair bound. Recently, I noticed something wasn't right and called for a wellness check, which resulted in him being rushed to the hospital.
He's been there for several days now, he has no blood and we're still waiting for answers. I've set a $1,000 tip goal to help cover my last minute flight so I can be there for him early in his hospital stay this time, make sure he has everything he needs to feel comfortable, safe, and supported, and remind him he's not facing this alone. ♥️

i stayed up with him all night but unfortunately his condition got worse, he ended up needing an emergency procedure under anesthesia this morning. he is recovering now.
however his vet bills have reached $2,000 in less than two weeks so i’ve finally made a gofundme to help cover the expenses.
i’ve been hesitant to ask for help but i know many of you love bear too.

for those curious about the hEDS/MCAS/sjogrens/health stuff:
my doc agreed with the cromolyn spray, even said it was the first thing that came to mind when i mentioned my issues and he also said to call back in two weeks and let him know how its working for me (never had a doctor have me do that so i thought it was cool)
he also gave me a referral to see an ENT, might have a deviated septum or nasal valve thing happening?
andddd also as a bonus, ive been having issues with my calf muscles getting super hard after small amounts of walking so im getting an ultrasound on my legs
its kinda funny when one doc visit spawns three more side quests, but i'm super thankful for a doctor that listens and investigates
