Dane Moore retweeted
I’m going to do the @JonKrawczynski tweet tonight: Great Wolves game.
They may not win but this is fantastic performance in Houston given all the circumstances.
Will talk about it all on @WolvesHMA tomorrow at 10:00 AM with Jonny and @DaneMooreNBA
Think it's noteworthy that the Wolves go small with Trey Lyles at the 5 pretty much every game. Increasingly so since Ant went down.
It's opportunistic -- like when Sengun has been off the floor tonight -- but consistent. Which is a deviation from the idea of 48 minutes of Gobert or Beringer at the 5.
Nice close to the half in Houston from the Wolves, sort of fueled by the small group Finch went with...
Lyles
McDaniels
Clark
Dosunmu
Ball

Terrence Shannon Jr., who missed Monday's game against Milwaukee, is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game in Houston.
Talked today about how pleased Chris Finch has been with the role Jonathan Kuminga has filled in Minnesota...
"He just continues to play the perfect role... We'd be lost without him right now, for sure."

Asked Trey Lyles about the experience of having a significant role on this Minnesota team after not having been in the league last season.
"This is a different level. But it's awesome to be a part of a team that is striving to win the championship and being a big part of that. And kinda being one of the older guys and just talking to guys and stuff like that. So it's been cool. I've been enjoying it."
Asked Ayo Dosunmu about the way he attacks the space between him and the defender.
He compared it to being like a running back.
I said, like D'Andre Swift (he's a Bears fan).
Ayo said, "no, I'm more like AP"
