The Ohio Supreme Court makes it clear that the class of 2022 athletes who are plaintiffs in the Ohio 5 in 5 case are currently eligible.
The NCAA previously stated it was taking the position they are not eligible and threatened schools who played them.

The FL AG has filed his brief in support of Denzell Aberdeen in the NCAAβs appeal of the injunction granted in Aberdeenβs favor.
The AG takes the position (as a number of courts have found) that the language of the NCAAβs new eligibility rule doesnβt exclude the class of 2022.
