🚨🚨 THE ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK / THE DEMOCRACY FILES: A PRIMER 🚨
I will be using this thread to track all drops, so bookmark it.
I spent most of yesterday backing everything (now 312 gigabytes) up in various sources and getting the materials out to others. I also produced an AI video (below) to explain the whole thing to others are not on 𝕏 - feel free to distribute.
Here's the primer:
USAID, the foreign aid agency, had a democracy office. Inside the agency, it was called DRG.
Officially, DRG administered "democracy assistance." They'd go inside countries they thought were sliding into authoritarianism and help the opposition there. That assistance included election monitoring, judicary support, independent media, and civil society building.
You may have heard the term "color revolution." The model comes from Serbia in 2000, where trained student activists brought down Milosevic with the help of Western governments, after sustained protests. With the help of USAID's democracy office, this model was implemented in many other countries to topple governments: Georgia's "Rose Revolution" in 2003, Ukraine's "Orange Revolution" in 2004, and many more.
Then last year, DOGE shut down USAID. But the USAID democracy office didn't stop. They formed a group called the Democracy Renewal Group, the same initials as their office (USAID Democracy, Human Rights, Governance). Their goal: apply their own playbook to the United States itself.
This goal became a plan, called Renew American Democracy (RAD). It invoked the "4 B's" framework. Block - use lawfare and protests to make life harder for the Trump administration. Bridge & Belong - control dialogue and win people over. The final and most important B is Build. Build means redesigning the American government itself, and the crisis is the opening.
In their own words:
"We can take that breakdown moment and leverage it for a big structural reform, you know, refounding moment." - Danielle Reiff, DRG lead.
Calls show DRG working alongside DSA on ideas of creating a different government, one that does away with the Constitution itself.
DRG does not run the Block operations. They hand it to UDA, the United Democracy Alliance. One organizer calls it a "huge galaxy": lawsuits, street protests, non-cooperation. They list No Kings, Indivisible, MoveOn, 50501, and many other mega-activist NGOs among their members.
Another organizer calls UDA Erica Chenoweth's project. Chenoweth is the Harvard professor behind the three-and-half-percent rule of regime change: get that share of a country's populace onto the streets, and historically, the movement wins.
The UDA is very "hush-hush." They have no website, no roster, no filings.
Then come the red lines: things the Trump administration could do, such as calling the Insurrection Act on protesters, that would mean that the federal government, in their words, "crosses the threshold into illegitimacy." Nobody voted on those lines. There was no public debate. These red lines were developed within secretive working groups, and in a paper addressed to governors and staff.
In the words of Reiff/DRG:
"So that if there is a red line crossed in terms of a Constitutional crisis, like everyone's already pre-organized. And so Mike Smith actually said, he goes, oh, you guys have the day after tomorrow plan."
Cross a line, and the paper's options include states refusing to lend their resources to federal officials, and governors convening what it calls a "Third Continential Congress."
Running the UDA's Insurrection Act working group: Rear Admiral Mike Smith (RET) of National Security Leaders of America (NSL4A). NSL4A is also credited with operationalizing UDA, the blocking operations. NSL4A consists of about 1,600 ex-officers, spies, diplomats. They're turning red lines into indicators and running a situation room to monitor them throughout the midterms and beyond.
The NSL4A's lawyers told them to stop recording meetings in case of subpoenas. But the rest of the network continued to record. DRG works in conjunction with Renew to Thrive (R2T), which ended up accidentally publishing 400+ calls and thousands of documents. These calls and documents were never meant for our eyes, but it's them, on tape.
Thousands of NGOs and billions of dollars are involved in this endeavor. Most of them believe they're saving democracy. The problem is that people who spent their careers deciding when other countries' governments had lost their legitimacy wrote that test for ours, in private, and planned for what comes after.
Who decides when your government is legitimate?

You’re a fucking freak and destroying the world and cheer while you do it.
You’re a terror to the world and its people.
Fuck you.
"Everyone" is fixated on Brazil because for a century, the same cabal of NGOs have been running regime change operations all over the world in the name of "democracy." And they're now targeting the United States.

Remember folks, JB Pritzker is the Democrat governor who signed on to lead the Color Revolution against our nation's Constitutional order.
Now he is conspiring with faithless generals and admirals.
We are on the cusp of becoming a 1970s banana republic.
🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 9: THE BIG PICTURE 🚨
Sunday is a day of rest. Today I took a step back and asked, "where is all this money coming from?"
I'm too tired to type an actual summary. TL;DR: billions have been invested in restructuring American governance since Trump was elected. Many have warned of a color revolution because they saw the civil society apparatus (aka, having millions of people on standby to break stuff) being built in real time.
What makes 2026 different is that it's the first time we know of that we found an operational, short-term plan to actually do a coup.
Everything we've covered has been from the R2T NGO, which serves as a recording/coordinating platform of sorts for several key NGOs including the one consisting of 300 ex-USAID employees, RAD.
It's well documented in several previous drops that RAD has a tight relationship with the "Blocking" lane, now unified under the United Democracy Alliance (UDA) umbrella led by Horizons Project.
I researched the "big picture" of how UDA relates to bigger players, so to speak. This sets up the stage for later, much more consequential drops.
I think the video covers it pretty well...
It's not for lack of materials / effort we took a step back and focused on the big picture. The worst is still to come as @SKDoubleDub33 , @CynicalPublius and others can attest.

Another special from Grumpy ... "don't record this! Chatham House rules!" xitter.cf/GrumpyTechBro/status/2…
If the Intelligence Community were intelligent, they wouldn't plan an insurrection over the internet.
Per @DataRepublican special request.

Matthew works so hard!
Today is my 7th day of door knocking to get out the votes for Tom Tiffany for republican governor in WI thru @AFPWI.
Today I knocked about 161 doors today. So that makes my total up to 1,009 doors so far. I'm sure you guys heard that AFPWI has surpassed door knocking over 1,000,000 doors to help Tom Tiffany since Febuary this past week to help him for Governor. 🇺🇸
I had a lot of conversations with conservatives and some swing voters that are ready to vote for Tom Tiffany by Nov. 3rd. Some of them watch the governors debate this past week between him and Crowley and they were really impressed with Tiffany.
I did have a great conversation with a lady who has a few children who came here to the United States from another country in 2008 and then became a citizen here. We agreed that illegals should not be here in this country if they don't apply for citizenship and follow what america stands for, and if they break the law they need to be deported immediately. We also touched on David Crowleys record on property taxes and what he would do for governor if he gets in and she is really concerned about that. We even touched on education and Tiffany will opt to give power back to the parents to make the decisions on what is best for their kids. She loved when I brought up that Tiffany will decrease our income state tax and end the 400 year property tax increase for our state.
Every conversation we get with voters matter. Every vote we earn matters. If we do not vote, then we can't complain what happens in November. I told that to everyone I spoke with today and they got the message. This goes for everyone across the country.
Everyone needs to vote red to save our country and democrats are not the solutions to our problems. They are the cause of it.
I did get a 1 mile walk on the trail today.
My co-developer @GrumpyTechBro is having fun with the files. He's got a different style than me...

I'm sitting here listening to Mark Levin as I scroll. He just told about the findings of @DataRepublican!! Word is getting out there!

Wow I completely missed this.
Daily Wire caught Talarico on hidden video in September saying he fully intends to push the same trans policies he supported in the past.
There’s no way Texas votes for this guy.

🔥A DEMAID word for word quote: “A second American Revolution!”
As exposed by Data Republican, USAID folks now called Demaid plan on rewriting the US constitution while calling for revolution. A document (constitution) that has prevented here much of what has been happening globally with the radical left. Paris is even used as a shiny example of what was accomplished. You know the Paris being burned by the radical left? This should scare the bajeebers outta you.
Taps foot..
“Scotland and the city of Paris have both embraced assemblies as a tool for deeper democratic engagement.”
Our constitution is worthless, as they say, pretty much like Barack Hussain says too. 🤔:
“The Constitution was written in 1787 by a bunch of guys in wigs. Most people weren’t invited.”
These are rogue people operating as a government agency but without authorization.
Every function in their plans in recreating America lands in working groups and new websites. This constitution one is called #UnifyUSA
Their constitution rewriting plans began with Paul Zeitz’s website.
“On February 17, 2025, Presidents Day, #unifyUSA launched a bold campaign to Refresh the Constitution—powered by everyday people through Citizens’ Assemblies.”
Odds are these citizens rewriting the constitution, with help 😏, would be their fellow radical left and the illegals transported in from communist countries. (Voted on by the public, not citizens?):
“That means a new U.S. Constitution, voted on by the public and ready for ratification by the states, by the end of next year. It’s ambitious, but we believe it can be done. More importantly, we believe it has to be done.”
These are the top folks involved in rewriting the constitution:
- Paul zeitz
- Danielle reiff
- Rosarie Tucci
- Vinay Orekondy
- Leigh Blake
Here’s some of their partner orgs:
- Inter Movement Impact Project: (parent of Renew To Thrive)
- Civic Exchange: (Started in Chicago in Obama headquarters bldg. CTCL of zuckerbucks was started under this. Tiana Epps Johnson of CTCL was an Obama fellow.)
- Better Angels
- Mediators Fndn
-NCDD
-Livingroom Conversations
- Democracy in a box
- Better Together
- Etc
Lastly from their about page, I leave you with this quote:
“This isn’t just another political debate. It’s a call to action. It’s a Second American Revolution—this time peaceful, bold, and powered by all Americans.
Let’s refresh our Constitution—and our future—together.”

🚨@MalcolmOutLoud and @DataRepublican expose the agenda every American needs to understand.
Every taxpayer deserves to know who's calling the shots! Listen: americaoutloud.news/your-tax…
I've been asked about early voting analysis.
The dilemma I have is that my platform is big enough such that being too blunt can have an effect on morale. I'll push out new states and tools out to my website soon, but won't announce them here on 𝕏.
I will be giving @realJeremyCarl my predictions a week in advance so he can hold me accountable after Election Day.
You MUST turn out and bring their friends, and brace yourself on election night. Even TX is going to be a fight.
Keep in mind that I’m only one early voting analyst. Most have rosier takes. Go follow @RealSKeshel and @earlyvotedata for different perspectives!

DEMAID is the group of USAID folks which have organized after firing. In June 2026, they used the USAID DRG Assessment Framework on the USA. This assessment is utilized to analyze other countries for democratic health and planning for coups etc. Never before was it acceptable to use this on the USA.
Wouldn’t this framework be considered the proprietary property of the US Government? Anywho, this report and proposed strategy is the end result.
Tab D: The Proposed Strategy to Renew American Democracy:
2026–2029
(Here’s the build and mobilize sections. I have the rewriting constitution details coming up next:)
♦️BUILD:
Strategic Objective #4: A Shared Vision and Plan for More Deliberative, Responsive, and Accountable
Governance Are Presented
• A bottom-up nationwide deliberation process produces a people’s proposal for structural reforms
• Structural reforms are put forward to address Americans’ legitimate grievances and renew our democratic system
• 🔥A plan is developed to establish a responsive and accountable federal government
• 🔥Governance innovations at state and local levels are identified and promoted
♦️MOBILIZE:
Strategic Objective #5: Democracy Renewal Movement Has Enough Power to Influence Civic Culture and Introduce Reforms
• 🔥A broad “big tent” movement of movements is created to drive democratic renewal
• Elected officials and candidates come together across political parties to champion democratic renewal
• 🔥International support is organized and provided for renewing U.S. democracy
• (Cross-cutting objective that supports all other strategic objectives)
“The Democracy Renewal Group would like to thank all those who contributed to this assessment, including Joshua
Kaufman (team lead), Danielle Reiff, Suren Avanesyan, Bryce Carpenter, Andrew Green, John Lis, Eric Manton, Laura
Pavlovic, Kathy Stermer, and Johanna Wilkie.”
I can surmise that only the far left would approve of these plans.

🚨Radical USAID actors spent decades on the color revolution playbook overseas. Thanks to the patriotic work of @DataRepublican, we have receipts on their plot to recruit and train federal employees to block the elected mandate. There’s a word for that.
