3 months of SEO progress Impressions and clicks have been trending up steadily. Then out of nowhere they almost double over the past few days. I've used my own SEO tool the whole time. I can't guarantee the same results for you, but it's certainly worked for me! contextbolt.com/seo

I built my SEO product for solo founders like me. One of my users just used it to take his app to 50 languages in about a month. He doesn't speak most of them. It's already hit No. 180 in Saudi's App Store charts. So I asked him how he did it. contextbolt.com/blog/localiz…

I'm rebuilding my SEO product so it acts more like an SEO expert than a tool. Before I go too far, I want to build what people actually need. What's most important for an SEO tool to do for you? And what part of SEO do you find hardest, or wish someone would just explain?

I'm an SEO guy. I was fed up with the legacy SEO tools so I built my own. They're expensive, clunky, and built for agencies with a full team. Mine plugs straight into the AI I already use. I just ask it what to fix. This is the last 24 hours on my own site.

It's all about positioning. I launched my latest product a week ago, since then it had made two sales. This afternoon I reworked my landing page. The messaging is now much clearer. A few hours later and the third sale just came in 🚀

I posted a few times about my latest product getting zero sales. The feedback in the replies was clear: I was selling it wrong. I was pitching it as a customisable AI dashboard. It still is. You can build a dashboard for your APIs and MCPs with customisable widgets. But it's grown into much more than that. Docs, sheets, slides, a content calendar, a client pipeline, all in one place. It's an agentic workspace. One place where you and all your agents work together. So I repositioned it. Context Board has now made 2 sales. Small, but it's a start, and it came straight from feedback. Today the new landing page went live to match. What do you think?

Everyone was scared AI would mean we'd never need to learn anything again. I've found the opposite. I've learned more in the last 6 months than in 3 years of my old marketing job. A year ago I worked off one laptop, with my files in Google Drive. That was my whole setup. Now I've got a laptop, a desktop and a server, all linked with Tailscale, and I'm coding from my phone on the go. I'm not technical. A year ago that would've been way too hard to set up, and I wouldn't have needed it anyway. Now it's second nature. Same with agents. I've gone from typing prompts into a chat window to running AI agents that write code, run my SEO, handle my emails and much more. Nobody handed me a manual for any of it. The models are way smarter. But to get the most out of them, you have to keep learning fast and keep adapting to every new tool. AI didn't make learning optional. It made it non-stop.

The most powerful SEO data you'll ever get is free. It's already sitting in your Google Search Console. Most people just never look at it properly. So I built a free Chrome extension that shows it on any page of your site: - Clicks, impressions, CTR and position - Every search that page shows up for - Searches at position 8 to 20 (your quick wins) - Searches that get seen but rarely clicked - Whether Google has it indexed No exports. No digging through reports. Link in the replies.

Everyone's building fully automatic AI tools that "run it all for you." SEO, marketing, support, sales. When I built my SEO product, I considered going fully automatic too. I went the other way. Your own agent already has your full context. It knows your business, your customers, what you shipped last week. A tool that automates everything for you doesn't. It's firing blind. So I built mine to plug into the agent you already use, and you stay in control. You steer. It does the heavy lifting. You see what's happening, so you can adjust, iterate and actually learn what works. Hand it all off and you learn nothing. What approach works best for you?

Last week I decided to resurrect a dormant domain. As you can see it's starting to see some results. Yes, the numbers are low. Average position 33.3, yikes. But it's trending in the right direction. When doing SEO, especially at the start, it's important to be patient. Growth is slow, it takes time for Google to see/trust your website. ------------------------------------------------------- I'm doing all my SEO through @bot for this site. What does your SEO stack look like?

It's nearly 1am in Scotland. I'm still building. Solo founder, no team, no funding. Tonight I'm building features customers actually asked for. Best roadmap I've ever had. Who else is up working right now?

My little startup hit 1M Search Impressions last month. It's an SEO tool, so these results are the best case study I could ask for. contextbolt.com/seo

I launched my latest product last week. Yesterday it made it's first sale. That's all the validation I needed. So I'm going bigger. It started as a dashboard. Now I'm building it into a fully agentic workspace. Your agents don't just show you what's going on. They plan, write and update the work with you, right on the board.
