Everest has been authorised as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) under the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), granted by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA).
The authorisation is the regulatory foundation for Everest’s payment infrastructure, available to partners across the EU and EEA.

Everest is authorised as a CASP by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) under MiCA. Authorised services: custody, transfer, placing, execution of orders, and reception and transmission of orders for crypto-assets. Fiat services provided by authorised payment partners. Crypto-assets may fluctuate in value, may result in partial or full loss, and are not covered by investor compensation or deposit guarantee schemes. Availability of specific services is subject to the scope of Everest’s authorisation.
