And he’s an MMA Fanatic yet he says he’s never attended a single MMA event. Hmmm. Burner account for someone in sports media.
Seems weird everyone else is lying? Why would a bunch of strangers gang up on you?

If I’m the UFC, I’m announcing as many blockbuster 2027 fights as possible before 2026 ends. Start with Gaethje vs. Volkanovski. Build toward Topuria vs. Makhachev, a Pereira heavyweight superfight, and potentially another McGregor return. The strategy is bigger than generating headlines. Give Paramount a full calendar of marquee events to market months in advance. Give sponsors premium inventory to buy. Give fans fights to anticipate and storylines to follow. Instead of promoting individual cards 6–8 weeks out, turn 2027 into a year-long marketing campaign, with each major announcement creating another news cycle. For $TKO, it’s about selling the entire UFC calendar rather than just the next event. The biggest fights should feel like major sporting events long before fight week.
When you have 2 legendary fighters who have sacrificed so much for the UFC, there comes a point when the UFC should be willing to make sacrifices for them. Gaethje v Volkanovski is one of those fights. Loyalty and sacrifice should go both ways. These two have earned that consideration. #reciprocity

98-Year-Old Man Buys His First Self-Driving Tesla Model Y And Is Blown Away “I've been driving it probably 2-3 months, and it's not made an error in its driving. In fact, the other day it stopped - a chipmunk was crossing the road, and there was no other traffic, and it did not run over the chipmunk … For somebody that's 98-years-old, this is a real treat.”

Apple TV+ has around 45 million subscribers. Most people signed up for a free trial to watch Ted Lasso, finished the season, and forgot the subscription was still charging them every month. A former Apple TV+ product specialist who spent 3 years on the streaming team told me: "Apple TV+ is the smallest library of any major streamer. That's not a bug. It's the strategy. But the people who get the most out of it aren't the ones watching the most shows. They're the ones who understand the pricing loopholes, the free trial stacking, and the settings that make dialogue intelligible." He said the gap between what people pay for Apple TV+ and what they get out of it isn't about content volume. It's about knowing where the money leaks and where the features hide. Here are 8 things most Apple TV+ subscribers never touch:🧵

Scarcity matters. When I began publishing sports team values in 1991, bankers told me to use these enterprise value/revenue multiples: NFL and NBA 2.5x, MLB 2x, NHL 1.5x. The S&P 500 back then was 1.3x. Fast forward to today, the Lakers pending $12.5b sale is 20x rev, the Seahawks sold for 14x and Angles sale to Kroenke is 10x while the S&P is 4x.
The New York Knicks and Rangers are now two separate publicly traded companies. MSG Sports completed its spinoff today. It changed its name to MSG Knickerbockers Corp. and now trades on the New York Stock Exchange under "MSGK." MSG Rangers Corp trades under "MSGR."

Sphere doesn’t make any sense for WrestleMania. Production costs are insane. Las Vegas is only going to pay $5-7 million to get the event. There’s a reason Dana said Sphere was one time only for UFC.

The ticketing industry has trained fans to believe they MUST buy tickets the second they go on sale or risk missing out. That fear is exactly what they profit from. Presales. Artificial urgency. Dynamic pricing. Countdown clocks. The pressure to buy NOW, before prices go even higher. But what happens when you wait? Those same tickets are sometimes cheaper weeks or even days later. Why should the most loyal fans, the ones who show up first and buy early, be punished for their loyalty while people who wait get a better deal? #paystowait is about taking back power. Stop rewarding a system that profits from your fear of missing out. Stop panic-buying. Stop letting ticketing companies dictate when you have to buy. Wait. Compare prices. Let the market work for YOU. Because the more fans refuse to play the game, the harder it becomes for them to exploit it. DON'T LET FOMO COST YOU HUNDREDS. #paystowait

Jake Paul Backs Project to Revive US Titanium Sponge Output—- Titanium is a critical mineral used in aerospace and military applications, including aircraft frames and engines as well as satellites, ships and submarines. The metal's high strength relative to its weight, along with its resistance to heat and corrosion, makes it difficult to substitute. finance.yahoo.com/energy/art…

Sold out in the Fontainebleau this past weekend. Electric atmosphere with a big crowd of young fans from the Freakshow tournament that was in town. I watched young fans take pics with Younger Bastida and Yucia Lepez. If RAF runs the same weekends as big youth tournaments in the same market it can be a game changer for the sport.
It's the Bischoff MO. It's all about using people who were stars 10-15 years ago because you can't make new stars. In WCW it worked for a few years until it didn't. In TNA is never worked. Nobody knows the real wrestlers and they don't bother to push them and headline with them, and they realize the real wrestlers winning wrestling matches without heavy television promotion means nothing. So you rely on guys who will stir shit up or were on TV years ago.

🗣️ Nakisa Bidarian is done with giving life-changing opportunities to Tommy Fury (rematch with Jake Paul): “He got his last offer from us in Birmingham when we were there for our last MVPW event with Sky. And the only way Jake Paul’s ever going to face Tommy Fury is if Tommy Fury shows up with a guarantee that’s appropriate for Jake Paul. We are done giving that guy life-changing opportunities and him finding excuses on why not to do it.” ‼️🥊❌ [@SunSport]

Do these people ever talk about the weather or their retirement accounts... or Baseball? or anything?
Hailey Bieber says sex with a third person might sound exciting, but she believes a threesome with Justin, would destroy the trust they spent years building. “It’s funny because I feel like those ideas can be really fun and, like, sound really exciting.” “It doesn’t work for the two of us.” “Some people are in, like, open relationships and, like, it works for a time, but I feel like in the end it always doesn’t end up working.” “So I think the second you make the decision to do that, there is never going back from that.” “We worked very hard to, like, be in the space that we’re in now and, like, trusting each other and there’s, like, such a beautiful trust and bond that I just don’t think that’s something I would be comfortable with.” “I could ask him about any person, any past girl, anything and he’d be like, ‘Oh yeah, like this this this and this.’” “And I think that made me trust him a lot because I’m like, ‘There’s nothing I don’t know.’”

Liberty Media CEO Derek Chang told Axios that Formula 1 intends to remain with Apple through 2030 and potentially beyond, despite concerns about reduced U.S. household reach. The Apple agreement represents approximately a 56% increase in annual U.S. rights revenue based on those estimates. ESPN had been paying $90 million per year and Apple now pays $140 million. Chang argues that Apple delivers more valuable engagement through its broader ecosystem, even if conventional television reach is lower. He also acknowledged that F1's geopolitical race disruptions raise contractual questions, but declined to discuss possible rebates. Investment significance: This is an important test of whether a sports property can sacrifice some mass-market distribution in exchange for higher guaranteed rights fees, deeper fan engagement and streaming-platform integration. For Liberty Media, the risk is that lower reach eventually weakens sponsorship growth or future rights negotiations. $FWONK axios.com/2026/10/27/f1-appl…

$GOOGL — YouTube might be Alphabet's most underappreciated asset. Needham values YouTube at $340 billion — more than either Disney ($DIS) or Netflix ($NFLX). Google acquired it for just $1.65 billion in 2006. The valuation breakdown: • Advertising: $20B in estimated 2026 net revenue × 7x = $140B • Subscriptions: $34B in estimated 2026 revenue × 6x = $204B But the real investment thesis goes beyond that $340B valuation. YouTube is growing revenue ~20% annually, building a massive recurring subscription business, strengthening Google's advertising dominance across the entire marketing funnel, and supplying proprietary video data to Gemini. The sum-of-the-parts argument: YouTube isn't just a valuable standalone business. It makes Google's search advertising and AI businesses more valuable, too. And those strategic benefits aren't included in Needham's $340B estimate.

"approximately 1 in 58 quadrillion". 58 quadrillion = 58,000 trillion or 58 million billion
BREAKING: Brazil's -19.8% stock market crash on Monday was one of the rarest market events in the last two decades, according to our analysis. Brazil's EWZ ETF plunged -19.8% on October 26th, marking an 8.4 standard deviation move. For context, the ETF's average daily move over the last 20 years has been just +0.04%, with a standard deviation of 2.36%. Under a normal distribution, the probability of a decline this extreme is approximately 1 in 58 quadrillion. In other words, this event should be virtually impossible under conventional statistical models. What just happened in Brazil was *almost* impossible.
