Everyone fears AI replacing jobs. But AI replaces parts of jobs - the mechanical pieces. Very few whole jobs. What it does not touch: taste, discernment, intuition, trust. When everyone has the same AI, those stop being soft skills and become the hard advantage.

FPOV Founding Partner Scott Klososky on cleaning up AI chaos: the goal is not zero. Zero chaos means zero experimentation, zero innovation. Lock it all down and you kill the upside. The target is organized chaos. Enough order to stay safe, enough room to keep building.

Buying licenses is not building capability. Plenty of companies have the tools on and almost no one using them past autocomplete. Fluency is built on purpose. It does not arrive with the invoice. Build your AI strategy at hubs.ly/Q04CRTq50

A 2027 prediction: your org chart will stop describing your company. The work is already routing around it, flowing to whoever got fluent first, regardless of title. AI follows capability, not hierarchy. The real org chart is forming underneath the official one.

Every exec team is asking which AI tools to buy. By 2027, that is not the question that separates the winners. The tools are converging. Everyone gets the same models. Leadership is the thing that won't. The companies that win 2027 are deciding how they lead right now.

Budget season is here, and AI is sitting in every 2027 plan one of two ways. A line item buys tools. A strategy decides what the organization will be able to do this time next year. Which one is in your plan right now?

Most enterprise AI programs are trying to be good at AI with no end in sight. No definition of done, just pilots and licenses. AI Navigator starts at the other end: define what finished looks like, then build the path to it. hubs.ly/Q04CfYLv0

Licensing Copilot is not an AI strategy. Only 30 to 40% of AI initiatives succeed. Getting to elite takes a multi-year journey, not a quarter. @sklososky explains why we built AI Navigator to guide organizations from average to elite.

Most organizations treat the AI era like a sprint. It's a decade. By quarter three the pilot team is tired, the energy is gone, and the roadmap is still twenty projects long. Urgency starts a transformation. It can't run one.

AI doesn't free up work, it compresses more work into the same hours. Scott Klososky makes the full argument in this month's Idea Stream, out today 👉 hubs.ly/Q04BdFQq0

The promise of AI was that your people would get their time back. Three years in, nobody has more time. We explore this reality in depth in this month's Big Idea, out today. Link in the comments.
