Absolutely appalling service from @SW_Help Basingstoke - London 5 carriages! On a day with Tennis at Wimbledon and Hampton Court Flower Show. No seating, no air conditioning, no windows to open. Bad service continues on our journey to Hampton Court. Pity anyone with disabilities.

@theJeremyVine 1/2 This is not a proper lockdown. As a decorator, myself and my colleague can go into as many customer's houses as we want, there can be electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc, working in these same homes, we can then all go to our respective homes spreading this
2/2 as we go. All of these people mixing in houses when we can't have family and friends under one roof! Madness.

1/3 We only come on here to moan when big companies have let us down. I want to praise @Barclays I was a victim of card theft on the 23/06. I realised within an hour of the theft and cancelled my card through the Barclays app. By this time, the criminal had spent
2/3 £94 via contact less payment at the nearest convenience store. I phoned @Barclays to report the crime and advise on what to do next. I was told the money needed to leave my account, so that it may be treated as a fraud case and I should phone back and deal with the fraud team
Did this Friday 03/07. The stolen money was back in my account the same day. I was furious when my card was stolen, but @Barclays looked after my case so well. I had a new card within 2 days of reporting original stolen and money back in my account within a week. Happy customer🥳
