Introducing Stanley: The first AI Head of Content that will help you grow your following. Stanley works just like a real employee: text him and he’ll create, edit, and strategize viral content across X, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Making viral content is hard. It requires deep research, deep platform understanding, and knowing what’s culturally relevant at that exact minute. When you ask ChatGPT to “write a social post” it doesn’t know what good content looks like, it’s not actively consuming content, and it doesn’t understand you. This is why the output is slop. Stanley solves this. First Stanley deeply understands your unique voice and writing style (and doesn’t include AI language like em dashes and “it’s not x it’s y”) Then he plugs into your day-to-day (your Slack, Notion, Calendar, Granola) and proactively suggests viral posts for you based off the most interesting things happening in your life. All you need to do is voice note him your thoughts, and Stanley optimizes and then schedules a post across all platforms. Example: Last week I asked ChatGPT "what happened on X" and got a generic summary. I asked Stanley the same thing and he told me about @JensenHuang's first post on X and the viral Deny’s comment. That’s because Stanley has a team of specialized agents that are always on. One agent researches viral posts through the X API. One studies your voice. One doom scrolls X, LinkedIn, and Instagram. 2 months ago we released Stanley in beta to 100 social media power users like @chasepassiveincome, @jayyanginspires, @MitcheIl, and @iampascio who’ve used Stanley in their daily content process. Engagement rates increased by >50% for the average beta tester. (in fact you’ve probably engaged w/ Stanley posts without realizing) Posting content has genuinely changed my life for the better: it’s helped me raise millions of $, landed me my first customers, and attracted the very best employees. Stan wouldn’t be a $40M ARR business without Content. Stanley is our attempt at democratizing that. Our mission is to help any Entrepreneur tell their story, so we'd love for you to try Stanley for free here: getstanley.ai One more thing.. You can see a glimpse of Stanley’s power in the comments below. Drop a reply and Stanley will analyze your X content right now. It'll pull your posts, study your voice, and tell you what's working and what's not. Each reply costs us abt ~$1 in tokens. Go abuse it. (Thank you VC’s.) FYI: This post and launch video were written 100% w/ the help of Stanley (how’d he do?) See Stanley work below 👇

For all Founders, I’m convinced your success just comes down to constantly asking yourself: “What is repeatable and compounding?” Blink a few years later, and you’ll have a real flywheel on your hands.

If everyone hasn't realized by now - building startups is just the new age version of war and nationbuilding: Entering new markets = taking new land Competition = warring countries Compounding moats = building competitive advantage Strategy = how will you outmaneuver the competition

We're bringing 100 Founders into the woods for 14 days to compete for millions of $. Our goal is simple: get as many of these Founders from $0 to Revenue in just 14 days. But there's a twist: We're making it a reality show - teams will compete Squid Games x Shark Tank style for an oppty to pitch Tier 1 VCs for millions of $ at the end. We'll teach them our entire playbook we used to Build in Public to $40M ARR. And we're bringing top Entrepreneurs like GaryVee, Daymond John, Sophia Amoruso and Zach Yadegari to mentor everyone. We're here to prove one thing: Anyone, anywhere can change their life and make millions if they just have the hustle. And we're here to help them. Let's go have some fun 😈 Hope you tune in!

Day 1 of 14 of Launchpad 🚀 We welcomed all 100 Founders today...and @vitaliidodonov caused absolute panic. The energy was insane when everyone arrived at campus!! It was so hype going up there with Vitalii and giving our welcome presentation. Everyone was cheering and having a great time. We reminded them how important these 14 days are. We're going to teach these Founders the entire playbook of how to go from $0 to revenue in 2 weeks. And we've got the world's top Entrepreneurs like @garyvee, @sophiaamoruso, and @TheSharkDaymond mentor them daily. But with that being said. Only the top 5 out of 30 teams will have a chance to pitch to Tier 1 VCs for millions. So we laid out the scoring structure: 1. How they build in public (volume of posts) 2. How much they hustle for customers (demos and sales) Then... Vitalii caused absolute chaos 😈 At the end of Vitalii’s presentation he dropped a bomb that the first challenge was starting there and then. And after 24 hours 1/3 of the Founders there will be eliminated. This means the bottom 10 teams will be cut just one day after arriving. Crazy right? I can't wait to see which teams crush it and pull ahead. I'll see you tomorrow with an update.

All of the problems you have as an Early Stage Founder: - Not enough customers - No one will give you a chance - No one pays attention to you - No one knows you exist - Investors are super hard to convince Can in large part be solved by: Building in Public. BiP forces you to get significantly better at telling your story and learn what resonates. And the social media algorithms will connect you with people who believe in you and what you're doing. This is why we're putting on Launchpad next week: Specifically to teach 100 Founders how to do this, and to prove to the world that this is the new playbook to go from 0-to-1. I'm excited for you to watch all of the content that will come out of Launchpad, as there will be immense value, and it'll also be a ton of fun. Watch us cook, and see if we can truly deliver on our promise of helping these Founders crush it.

If you want to be successful, you need to learn how to be bored. It's too easy to consume in today's world: - Feeling discomfort? Immediately open up your phone and swipe social - Bored? Open YouTube or Spotify to numb it all - Hungry? Immediately open DoorDash and order food The people who will win in today's world are the ones who create more than they consume. Stop filling your mind with endless garbage, and have the strength to unplug in a world going increasingly frenetic and crazy.

I have a firm belief that if you want to start something, it takes: - 2 years to start seeing any real payoff - 5 years to feel like you're getting good at it - 10 years to build a generational run that truly starts to compound Most people will never get to that level of commitment and consistency. Don't be one of them. Pick a game that you actually want to play for that long. Then double down and crush it.

And here's the missing part... The short 🍑 bought for $20,000 by @jayhoovy for getstanley.ai I was afraid the QR code wouldn't be scannable, but it is! Enes (who also printed the tattoos) did a really good job. D-2
So I’ve got the tattoos already! Coincidence: my wife found Enes’s business on instagram and he happened to also be a indie hacker! He has a little SaaS that automated Pinterest traffic with AI. It’s making $500/mo, and he’s on TrustMRR! trustmrr.com/startup/selltor… He runs a tattoo-printing business in Istanbul, and he came to our hotel to delivery them. Thank you Enes 🙏 We printed everything duplicates just in case. The sponsors in the photo: - higgsfield.ai by @higgsfield (10 spots!) - zerorank.ai by @kelvincobanaj - samslist.com by @notgokgreen - orcarouter.ai by @orcarouter - peptideconfidential.com by @peptideconfiden I didn’t realize it when making dimensions, but the tattoos are real big! I’ll look like a giant billboard, and I can’t wait to race 😊

After scaling Cal AI to $50M ARR and selling it at 19, Zach Yadegari is speaking at Launchpad!! At 16, he sold his first company, a website he built, for nearly $100,000. At 17, he co-founded Cal AI, and scaled it to $50M+ ARR and 15M+ downloads in about 18 months, fully bootstrapped. At 19, he sold it to MyFitnessPal, the incumbent it was going head-to-head with in the App Store. Zach is an absolute prodigy. What he pulled off is one of the most insane distribution masterclasses in consumer tech history. While legacy companies were burning millions on campaigns, Zach was DMing creators, testing hundreds of viral hooks, and built an organic engine that took over social media. Now he's building his next company, Persona, into a billion-dollar outcome. We're bringing in top Entrepreneurs like Zach to Launchpad to teach 30 early-stage teams how to actually crack distribution, go from $0 to $100K in 14 days, and land tier 1 investors. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. See y'all at Launchpad! (Application in the comments.)

I'm going to say something that everyone else in Silicon Valley is too scared to say: YC is a giant ripoff. It's absurd to me that naive Founders give away 7% of their company for just $125k in this day and age. It's a super boomer offering: - apply, wait, hope you get in - thrown into a 300 person cohort where you are one tiny cog in their mass portfolio bet - 3 months of 'education' that you can now get completely for free online - A few minutes at the end to hope a VC picks you amidst the cattle room Was YC worth it 10 years ago when knowledge wasn't freely available and you couldn't build distribution for yourself via the internet? Yes. Is it worth SEVEN percent of your company in today's age when you can go from $0 to $1M in weeks with just content and AI? No.

My guarantee to any Founder out there - In 14 Days we can get you from 0 to Revenue, and teach you how to build Distribution for yourself via building in public, completely for free (not 7% of your company). We're throwing a camp for 100 Founders Oct 4-18 called Launchpad: The entire camp is paid for (it's beautiful). We're bringing a ton of famous Entrepreneurs to come mentor you (GaryVee, Daymond John, Sophia Amoruso, Zach Yadegari, etc). We're filming + televising the entire thing, Squid Games x Shark Tank style (I just hired a production team from MrBeast). Which means you'll get millions of views in distribution just by participating. And at the end you'll have the chance to pitch Tier 1 VCs for millions of $. We are doing this to prove that there is a new Playbook to be cemented of how to go from $0 to $1M via building in public. We did it ourselves to go from $0 to $40M ARR. Now we're teaching everyone else. Apply here: launchpad.stan.store/ And for any YC Founders - I guarantee if you come for these 14 days, you will get more value than whatever you would be doing at YC during those days. Hope to see you there.
