Thank you @TuckerCarlson for hosting me. I hope @POTUS sees this and frees all of the political prisoners of @DOJRR47 .
Civil rights lawyer Jonathan Gross took a job at Trump’s DOJ hoping to stop the weaponization of government. What he saw once he got there was shocking.

@Jon_Gross was my attorney in San Antonio Tx. He helped me sue the city of San Antonio in 2024 for my unlawful arrest at a public airport for simply video recording 3 coach buses of illegal aliens.
These foreigners were departing to the interior of America paid for by your tax dollars. We won the lawsuit thanks to Jon. He is a hero and a patriot.
Yes!

Thank you for standing out there. Please add Joseph Cammarata to the list.
He was prosecuted for conduct the Supreme Court held lawful in Sprint v. APCC (2008), and the government knew it. At trial the prosecutor said "this appears to be assigned," then moved to strike his own words. The SEC froze more than $78 million at a hearing held in Philadelphia while he sat in his own detention hearing in Miami. The judge said at sentencing he had invested and made claims in the same settlements. The lead SEC attorney's wife is an attorney in the Third Circuit's executive office, where his appeal has sat 31 months without a response.

There are thousands of political prisoners. I get messages like this one every day.

Here is @AAGMcDonald with some more government propaganda slop. Don't believe any of this. But if we are to take him at his word, look at the amount of money that was given to fraudsters by government bureaucrats. I counted over $650 million.
If they are to be believed, this is a national crisis. Literally billions and billions of dollars are being shoveled out to fraudsters by either incompetent or corrupt government bureaucrats who are giving out YOUR money with zero due diligence. We are being told that they are giving out tens of millions of dollars to dozens and dozens of fake doctors without even the slightest attempts at verification. It sounds pretty easy to get money from the government. All you need to do is submit a request and it sounds like you'll get paid. You can collect millions before the government finally catches on.
This is a national crisis and the President should put an immediate stop to it until we are told exactly what the hell is going on.

Please read this press release. The government is admitting that their stupid programs are so mismanaged (or corrupt) that hundreds of millions of dollars are being shoveled out the door to foreign nationals.
The government shut down YOUR business for COVID. How about shutting them down? This is a national emergency. Stupid @AAGMcDonald press conferences with juvenile names like "Ghostbusters" are not enough.
Shut down these programs IMMEDIATELY and order a full INDEPENDANT investigation that does not include any of the big law firms or former government employees. How is our government so incompetent that every one of its programs is susceptible to literally billions of dollars in fraud schemes?
🚨 DOJ EXPOSES NATIONWIDE “GHOST STUDENT” FRAUD SCHEME - TAXPAYER MONEY FUNNELED OVERSEAS!
@AAGMcDonald announces Operation Ghostbusters, targeting organized fraudsters accused of stealing Americans' identities to enroll FAKE students in colleges and collect federal financial aid.
Investigators believe the scheme could involve HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS in losses in California alone, with stolen funds allegedly flowing overseas to countries including Kenya.
Fraudsters are even accused of using AI to complete coursework and keep fake students enrolled while collecting taxpayer dollars.
“This is organized fraud at scale.”
Don't be fooled by propaganda. There is no "recovery." The government bureaucrats handed over tens of millions of dollars to criminals, often foreign nationals. In most of these cases, the masterminds get away. The government arrests some low level pawn with no money. They can get a conviction and sentence of 100 years in prison and a trillion dollars in fines and restitution, but the money is gone - probably over seas.
DOJ does nothing positive for American citizens. At best, they are duplicative and redundant to local and state law enforcement. At worst, they needlessly destroy the lives of American citizens who get caught in their dragnet in search of propaganda press releases and headlines. They will destroy your life for a headline.

Operation No Doze: No sleep for fraudsters.
Excellent results in Oregon to combat fraud against the taxpayer, thanks to @SBAOIG, @SBAgov, @USAttyBradford, & @USAO_OR.
In September and October alone in Oregon, that partnership has brought 10 enforcement actions involving approximately $34M in fraud losses and resulting in approximately $7.2M in civil recovery.
True.
🚨 “THEY WOULDN'T EVEN MEET WITH US FOR ONE HOUR!” - J6 ATTORNEY CALLS OUT DOJ OVER REJECTED SETTLEMENT OFFER!
Attorney @Jon_Gross ays he offered to SETTLE A LAWSUIT against @TheJusticeDept if officials would simply sit down with January 6 defendants for ONE HOUR.
Instead, he says the DOJ rejected the offer and filed a motion to dismiss the case.
Standing outside the DOJ, Gross called on @AGToddBlanche to meet with the group.
Former J6 defendant Cindy Young delivered an emotional message:
“We're grateful for the pardons that we got. We'll never not be grateful for them. But we're still out here suffering. We're still out here waiting for justice.”
Gross warned that without accountability for alleged government abuses, “we're one president away from it happening again.”
When are we going to see the arrest of the government bureaucrat who allowed these guys to submit 23 fake applications for $187k? The government bureaucrats are committing criminal negligence with OUR money - with no consequences. They all still work there. They are at least conspirators.
Imagine if YOU committed a similar mistake at YOUR job.
Imagine if YOU approved 23 completely fraudulent applications for money totaling almost $200k without doing even the slightest due diligence.
What would happen to YOU if you did that? YOU would be fired, and maybe even investigated.
But these government bureaucrats are not held to the same standard.
Millions of taxpayer dollars were earmarked to help renters in need during the pandemic.
Daquan Copeland, 35, of Houston, TX, and Esless White Sr., 51, of Jamaica, NY, decided to take this money for themselves.
They submitted 23 fake applications to an emergency rental assistance program--stealing more than $187k meant for renters in need.
They have been charged and have now pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud. Each faces up to 30 years in prison and a fine of up to $1 million.
Excellent work by @USAO_EDNC and partners to ensure accountability in this case.
Excellent work DOJ. An accountant wrote a book arguing that his activities were legal. DOJ read the book and said - nope. Great detective work DOJ. Instead of a civil suit, they are locking him up.
The government gave out OUR money in "COVID LOANS" like a bunch of drunken sailors. The judge sentenced him to $900k in restitution. He might as well have sentenced him to $900 trillion. Nobody will see a penny of it. The man was an accountant, but now he's a felon who did time in federal prison. He is completely unemployable and will require tax payer assistance just to live. Great job DOJ.
Arun Mago, a CPA, wrote a book claiming money laundering schemes were untraceable.
Then @IRS_CI traced his $900k+ in COVID loan fraud and caught him laundering drug money.
Mago's crimes have landed him 41 months in federal prison, $900k+ in restitution, and a $250k fine.
Excellent work by @USAttySimmons, @USAO_WDTX, and partners.
What kind of country are we that we allow the government to separate this child from her mother for a non-violent crime! It's a shame that Elizabeth Hernandez is not an illegal alien. If she were, the anti-Ice people would be attacking federal officers outside of the prison - and they would not be arrested. But since she's an American citizen, we'll probably be arrested for posting about it.
❤️ MY LITTLE SOPHIE IS SO HAPPY! SHE’S GOING TO SEE MOMMY AGAIN! 🙏🇺🇸
I’m happy to share that my daughter, Elizabeth Mercedes Hernandez, is finally back in Miami, where her children and I can visit her again!
The prison conditions are worse, but being close enough to see and hug her children again is worth that sacrifice.
To everyone who has prayed for us, supported us, and advocated for Elizabeth, THANK YOU! Your love and encouragement have helped me keep going through this painful journey.
But OUR FIGHT IS NOT OVER! I will not stop until Elizabeth is HOME with her five children, where she belongs, and receives a full presidential pardon from President Trump.
One step closer, but not at the finish line. I WILL NEVER GIVE UP! ❤️🙏🇺🇸
Can we all admit that our Republic has already fallen?
Win or lose, after the midterms I predict there will be a mass exodus of Trump administration political appointees. If the Republicans lose, they will be jumping ship to distance themselves from the disaster. If Republicans win, they will leave to cash in big for the next two years as lobbyists and other ways to exploit government connections. I predict @AAGDhillon will be one of the first to quit and try her hand at being a talk show host. I think she would fit right in on The View.
Classic Press Release Propaganda. The question that needs to be asked in these cases is whether the money was restricted LEGALLY. If it was not - no crime was committed. Its not right. Its morally wrong. The investors have a civil claim. But no crime was committed. But the government routinely arrests these people and charges them with "wire fraud" or "Money laundering" or "conspiracy to commit wire fraud or money laundering" and they coerce them into entering plea deals. If it goes to trial, they tell the gullible juries that its a "ponzi-like scheme." And the jury is tainted by the government propaganda, with the help of government lapdog media outlets. There is no chance of beating all of the bogus charges, and the government and the judge will give extra punishment for having the temerity to exercise the constitutional right of a trial by jury.
The investors are not served by this. The "fraudster" is forced to spend all his money on lawyers, and is incarcerated and branded a felon for life. That makes it certain that the victims will not get their money back.
But at least the government gets a press release, and some prosecutor gets an accolade from his supervisor for destroying the life of an American and his family and all of his employees and the victims who will never be made whole. So its all worth it.
This defendant promised investors their money would fund short-term business loans. Instead, he stole the investment money and used it to bankroll luxuries—including a $230K Maine vacation home rental, $140K+ in jewelry, a $20,800 Patek Philippe watch, and $335k to a rare coin dealer.
Edwin Brant Frost IV has now been sentenced to 15 years in federal prison for his $76M Ponzi scheme that defrauded 300+ victims. He's also been ordered to pay $76.45M in restitution.
Great work by @NDGAnews and partners to ensure accountability for these crimes.
