If we made a textbook on the foundations of good product design, here’s a question we’d start by answering: How many disciplines go into making a great digital product? Our team is organized into 4 disciplines, and there’s a 5th discipline that we think is just as key (fig. 1). → 🟡 Data & Insights, which transforms complex information into actionable insights through rigorous analysis, automated testing, and custom reporting to inspire future initiatives. → 🔴 Strategy, which shapes a holistic vision and product roadmap that aligns business goals with user needs, using research to identify key areas for success. → 🔵 Design, which creates consistent, accessible, and enjoyable user experiences that engage users, increase sales, and build brand trust. → 🟢 Development, which builds and maintains fast, reliable, and scalable solutions that last, with a strong codebase that can be built upon in the future. Tightly integrated partnership is our 5th discipline → ⚪️ Partners bring their vision, goals, and expertise. We learn their business, understand their customers, and become experts in their brand story. We’re not just an external service provider. We become part of a new whole. By combining our strengths with our partners’, we build digital products that power lasting, reliable growth.
