My defining political characteristic is that I believe the right of children to exist in public without significant risk of being randomly victimized outweighs everyone else’s rights to anything else.

"You're just not tough enough to live in a city." Children shouldn't be caught in the blast radius of two homeless vagrants fighting over a street corner to beg on and I'm tired of pretending tolerating it makes you special.

Ah yes, Master Chief, a character famous for his egalitarian approach to alien invaders and insurrectionists. Surely there’s no history of this character being brutally violent to either of those groups.

Why is it so hard to have sex with your husband? I genuinely don’t get it. “She gave you three children” 💀 They’re her children too. Having kids doesn’t mean your husband stops mattering. Sex is part of a healthy marriage. It’s about feeling loved and wanted. You expect him to stay loyal, but not to feel hurt when his own wife doesn’t want him?

I don’t know that we can call “Aging gracefully in comparison to a ceaseless torrential downpour of explosive diarrhea,” aging like ‘fine wine.’
Want an unpopular opinion? The Hobbit movies are going to age like fine wine and will be viewed favorably like the star wars prequels in 10-20 years.

Americas largest cities give you a glimpse of post-Great Replacement life. There are still White people living nice lives, but the level of wealth required is astronomical. Social cohesion is basically non existent, trust is extremely low, no one cares about anyone else theyre the video game player everyone else is an NPC. Domestic life in the nice areas is facilitated by an army of slaves from the 3rd world, nannies, gardeners, construction workers, none of them really give a shit about their job or the quality of their work. As in late Rome lots of pets as surrogate children, even the wealthy cant be compelled to procreate and instead divert their energies into hobbies and animals. Lots of dogs in baby carriers and prams, dont think of telling people not to bring their "child" into a restaurant or grocery store. Overall life even in the nice areas is extremely isolated and lonely. People buzz past you on the sidewalk and in traffic, no one talks, theres nothing to talk about. Manners fall completely by the wayside, little things, walking on the Right side of the sidewalk, making space for others, holding doors, gone forever. The unique mix of alien 3rd world social habits and Caste based resentment towards "lessers" by Asiatic types means bumping and shoving has replaced and kind of Chivalric behavior. Huge sprawling Hoovervilles of insanoid schizophrenic drug addicts pollute any underpass or sidewalk. Lots of empty storefronts, lots of "opening soon". Boutique fitness experiences involving dance and strange mechanical contraptions. Good and even great food at 3-4x a reasonable price served to you by apathetic blank eyed 3rd worlders. A slew of extremely mediocre to bad 3rd world eateries in between the great spots. Overall its pretty fucking bleak. It cant be stated loudly enough how catastrophically fucked we are if this becomes the fate of all of America. People in these places dont even know what they've lost.

Hot take: you DO owe your partner physical intimacy Not as some free-use sex slave but as their sole romantic partner Humans derive a lot of their emotional attachment through physical touch and taking that away is cruel and neglectful. I think that becoming essentially roommates is an awful fate that befalls a ton of relationships. Its understandable if you feel like intimacy is a chore. We've all been tired, stressed, or sick. But your partner has physical and emotional needs that you promised to fulfill in exchange for exclusivity and love when you agreed to get together. You dont get to neglect that if you can help it. Modern life is busy and crazy and sometimes it feels like everyone demands too much from you. But thats why you lean on your partner. You owe it to them (and they to you) to never let your intimacy grow complacent!
Horrible topic btw. If you have a partner and never show them you desire them, then smth is wrong on YOUR side. And the “i was busy, i was stressed i had lots to do” doesnt mean shit, its an easy excuse to avoid responsibility. Cuddles dont take energy. Snuggled dont take energy. Love doesnt take energy. Going up to ur partner and just cuddling them tight and kissing them takes no energy, yet it shows love. Love is sharing with someone your personal space. And i think it was pretty silly that he stop initiating, it showed obviously that ur the problem and all you can do is go “he tested me! So mean! How could he” how could he? HOW COULD YOU NOT LOVE HIM FOR THIS LONG AND MAKE YOURSELF THE VICTIM?! seriously how DARE you?! FOR ONE GOD DAMN MOMENT THINK ABOUT HOW U MADE HIM FEEL, THINK HOW IT FEELS TO BE UNLOVED BY SOMEONE YOU LOVE DEARLY. u dont deserve no fucking pity

Sigh.
Some chatter on social media would have you believe that crime is out of control. The facts tell a different story. As @frasernelson has shown in his Substack today: Violence is at its lowest level since the crime survey began in 1981. Robbery is at a record low. Crime, excluding fraud, is 78% down on its peak in 1995. And the stats show this Government is delivering on its promises too: Knife crime is down 11%. Knife murders are at their lowest level in 35 years. Thefts including phone snatching have fallen by 20% in the last year alone. But I know there is more that we must do, and we will: We’ve put more than 3,800 extra neighbourhood officers into roles, with named, contactable officers for every neighbourhood. We’re introducing the most significant reforms to policing in a generation. We are tackling rising rates of violence against women and girls through our landmark strategy. And we are tackling crimes like fraud, more prevalent in our increasingly online world, with £250 million directed to this challenge in our Fraud Strategy published this year.
