ATTENTION MARICOPA COUNTY RESIDENTS! Election-day voter disenfranchisement is unacceptable. Yet, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (BOS) has effectively dismissed my concerns about known election-day problems. Regardless of Party, we all want and deserve fair elections. There's still time to act before November 3! As a roving election attorney since the 2022 primary, I've observed an average of 10 vote centers during each of the past five Arizona elections. I witnessed the printer problems in the 2022 primary that foreshadowed the general election debacle. I served on Kari Lake's post-election legal team, and I testified at her trial. The pattern: Problems observed during primaries reappear on a larger scale during general elections. The problem: I observed at 10 vote centers during the July 21, 2026 primary, and here is what I saw: 1. Site books failing simultaneously at 8 of my 10 vote centers. 2. Broken tabulators at 3 of my 10 vote centers that the Maricopa County Elections Department (MCED) failed to replace. 3. MCED has decided to ignore the law by NOT TRAINING poll workers to encourage on-site tabulation of mail-in ballots, which will ensure that AZ voters will not know the final election results for 7–10 days. 4. Voting resources misallocated among vote centers. I documented these problems in a report submitted to the BOS. After more than a month, Deputy County Attorney Joseph E. La Rue responded, essentially dismissing my concerns without offering concrete solutions. I challenged his response in a detailed rebuttal. BREAKING: Katie Hobbs-Aligned Canvassers Caught Willing to Allow Non-Citizens and a Felon to Vote Muckraker went undercover in Arizona to investigate the groups working to re-elect Gov. Katie Hobbs @katiehobbs and other Democrats. Here’s what we found: Stand Indivisible Arizona (endorsed Gov. Hobbs in their 2026 ballot guide) — Our journalist posed as a Canadian citizen and asked to register to vote. The canvasser not only agreed to help the alleged non-citizen register, but when asked whether other Canadians could register too, she said, “Tell them to do it online.” Worker Power (working to re-elect Gov. Hobbs) — Our journalist told a canvasser they were not a U.S. citizen. Despite this, at our journalist’s request, the canvasser marked “yes” on the citizenship question of the voter registration form. When We Count (the DNC’s own registration program) — Our journalist posed as a felon on probation and asked to register to vote. The canvassers looked up the law and saw that a felon on probation is ineligible. Even so, they encouraged our journalist to register: “You should just do it.” AFL-CIO (phone bank mobilizing voters for Gov. Hobbs) — Our undercover journalist asked a phone bank trainer whether to ask the people being called if they're citizens. The trainer’s answer: “We don’t care.” Our journalists stopped every exercise before any voter registration form was submitted. We also asked Gov. Katie Hobbs about these findings. 🚨 BREAKING: Laura Ingraham just laid out what she says is the radical left's playbook to take down federal authority. Per Ingraham, it goes like this. Flood the streets nationwide until Trump invokes the Insurrection Act.  Claim the military is committing abuses. Get the press to amplify every clip. Then blue state governors unite to override federal authority and rewrite the Constitution. She says former Obama and Biden staffers, ex-USAID employees and community organizers are openly discussing it. One former USAID staffer made it sound like utopia.
