@greateranglia the access to the footbridge to Millers Wharf from Bishop's Stortford Station car park is a designated parking space. When used there is very limited access, certainly not for anyone with a buggy or wheelchair, ay chance you can hatch this space off?

Here is Boris Johnson writing about the predicament he finds himself in, and why he still can’t bring himself to resign.
It’s surprisingly honest and insightful. Possibly because he wrote it in 2006, about Tony Blair.
ALT I am too lazy to type up the full text, but the gist is “we never know when our time is up” and “we are just terrified of the come-down”
ALT The gist: “no more outriders, no more adrenaline… oh no, he thinks, he can’t face that loss”
ALT The whole quote this time: “All politicians are masters of procrastination, but there is no day they find easier or more natural to postpone than the day of their own resignation.”
