Even as @airindia attempts to discredit my recent concerns in regards to a full refund for a flight I had to cancel due to a medical emergency after submitting a medical waiver - I think the airline has proven over and over again its overall deficiencies in customer service

In 2024 I booked a ticket from New York to Mumbai and return. There was a problem in the middle name of my son, I asked them to change the name which they changed however the money $300 I paid for prebooking of seats were not refunded and I had to rebook the seats by paying $300

@TataCompanies @aajtak They simply don't care about the customers had the worst experience Toronto-Delhi flight Jan 13 got delayed for 5 hours & cancelled no AI staff came to talk with passengers at the airport they denied the compensation I have complained to CTA case 16176523

#AirIndia has hit a new low with #shameless tactics. Last mnt, I accidentally bukd tkt 4 next day instead of next month for me, wife & 1yr son @YatraOfficial due to a default date err. Called right away, yet they still slapd me with ₹6000 fee #RatanTata’s legacy is fading fast.
