How does an ad full of 2006 memes get 6M+ views in 2026?
We took Firefox's new ad apart in 30 minutes. 5 moves you can copy:
1. Put the whole idea in post one. Their video got 5.8M views. The two posts after it got about 6% each.
2. Open with a then-vs-now question. Theirs: "How is the internet less private than in 2006?"
3. Give credit, get a second wave. A day later they shared the original meme videos. That reply alone got 299K views.
4. Check every channel. Same film: 5.8M views on X, 433K on YouTube.
5. Warm up with ads first. Their Meta ads pushed the same idea five weeks before the film.
