Huge congratulations to one of our apprentice students, Katir Ali, who's a finalist for the @MCAppAwards 2025! These awards celebrate the talent and diversity of multicultural communities, recognising apprentices who overcome adversity and the employers and educators who support their success. Katir, who has been shortlisted in the Transport and Logistics category, is completing his degree apprenticeship with @NationalHways while studying Quantity Surveying at Coventry University. Katir said: "I feel deeply honoured to be recognised in such a meaningful way. It's a proud moment for me, and I’m delighted to be recognised for the work I have invested in my degree apprenticeship alongside other talented apprentices. "I chose to pursue a degree apprenticeship because it offers the ideal combination of practical experience and academic learning, both of which are essential for achieving my long-term goal of becoming RICS chartered. "My apprenticeship has allowed me to rotate around the organisation and learn from different teams and live projects, gaining invaluable insights from experienced and knowledgeable professionals in the industry." Keep up the great work, Katir! Learn more about the benefits of apprenticeships here: pulse.ly/r1bjb2u8jn
