While our 10th and 11th graders were hard at work tackling the PSATs, MHS freshmen got a taste of the future at the Futures Expo! Students rotated through four interactive sessions led by industry professionals, diving into career pathways like firefighting, human resources, finance and skilled trades. They gained firsthand insight into daily real-world experiences, career opportunities, and the education that's needed to reach those goals. They also picked up valuable interview tips, learning how to ask smart questions and give responses that set them up for job success. A massive thank you to our incredible partners for giving their time to inspire and guide the next generation of leaders: ▪️ Allan Myers ▪️ American Heritage Credit Union ▪️ Franklin Mint Credit Union ▪️ Montgomery County Community College ▪️ Automotive Training Center ▪️ Lower Providence Fire Department ▪️ Worcester Fire Department ▪️ Methacton School District HR Department

Today, Worcester Elementary School welcomed the Worcester Fire Department for an exciting fire safety assembly! Our 3rd graders learned essential safety tips, got hands-on practice with protocols like "stay low and go" and "stop, drop, cover and roll," and checked out specialized firefighting gear up close. Later, the entire school gathered by the playground for a live fire hose demonstration! It was a wonderful day filled with valuable, life-saving lessons. A huge thank you to the Worcester Fire Department for visiting and keeping our community safe!
