Gosh @GaryBarlow Your show yesterday was amazing! What an emotional ride and what a jolly nice chap you are ❤️😊 Thanks also to the lovely gentleman @dukeofyorksLDN who has just called to say that he’s found my husband’s @IRONMANtri cap! Result.
Big thank you to Laura @mintvelvet Leamington Spa this afternoon. Hugely helpful, obviously very happy in her role and a lovely all round customer experience. I hope she gets to see this. Thanks Laura!
Bumped into the gorgeous @GraemeDogfather this afternoon. ‘Oh, I think my heart has just stopped’ I said 🤦♀️ A new low for my cool behaviour when spotting celebrities! You were very charming though… as you ran quickly in the opposite direction 😂 #DBVB
Thank you @Bigbearevents1 and @FastSandyLauren for a great evening of trail running and an inspirational talk on the slightly bonkers world of Ultra Running. Brilliant!

@bhx_official I hope EVERY X-ray machine in security is up and running today. The anger on the downstairs concourse is tangible. The managers running this afternoon place must be idiots.
