Excited to work with Payward to forge a path for onchain derivatives built on Hyperliquid's infrastructure. Kraken is one of the most trusted and respected exchanges in crypto. They are also true believers in the technology and crypto ethos. We're honored that they are building on Hyperliquid to bring the next evolution of perpetual markets to the United States.

Hyperliquid.
Payward, the parent company of Kraken, announced its intention to be the first CFTC-regulated deployer on HIP-3* markets. Payward will use Hyperliquid as the infrastructure layer to deploy perpetual futures markets for US clients. Subject to regulatory approval, Bitnomial, Payward’s CFTC-regulated DCM and DCO, would act as the HIP-3* deployer: creating, owning, and administering the markets and clearing and settling the contracts. If approved, NinjaTrader Clearing, Payward’s CFTC-registered FCM, would carry client accounts. HIP-3 will support optional deployer configuration for permissioned markets in a future network upgrade. This set of additional deployer functionality is collectively called HIP-3*. At its core, HIP-3* activation involves an onchain allowlist managed by the deployer or its sub-deployers. The functionality is strictly additive to HIP-3; its use is optional and up to the deployer. Existing markets remain unchanged. The initial release is available on testnet, where specifications are preliminary and subject to change based on feedback. Hyperliquid is a neutral infrastructure layer with the goal of supporting large parts of the financial system. HIP-3* gives deployers additional functionality to operate deployments consistent with the requirements applicable to them. As with HIP-3, HIP-3* deployers are independent operators who use Hyperliquid as the onchain infrastructure layer for their own markets, while retaining control and responsibility over their deployment.

The Payward World Order is liquid. Sunny with a chance of showers. When it rains it pours, and when it pours it’s so wet one may only describe the sensation as Hyperliquid.

Mossberg just put 20 ROUNDS OF 12 GAUGE into a short-barrel shotgun. And I have questions. The Mossberg 590RM Chisel has an 11.5-inch barrel. Magazine-fed. Folding stock. AR-style safety. And a 20-round magazine that looks completely ridiculous hanging off something this small. It's like dropping a Hellcat engine into a Mini Cooper. It shouldn't make sense. But somehow it does. And here's the part I wasn't expecting. This thing genuinely made me feel like a kid again. Every time I picked it up, I kept saying the same word. COOL. Not sophisticated. Not revolutionary. Just cool. And sometimes that's enough. Here's my question: Would you choose a compact 20-round shotgun over a traditional tube-fed shotgun? And if you're loading 20 rounds… BUCKSHOT or SLUGS? Full review on my YouTube channel.

“…and every trade that runs through your pool pays you a little, all day, every day.”
Wrote about this in the newsletter a while back. Tokenized stocks are going to bring an insane amount of volume to chains, and this is exactly what I meant. Every venue that wants to trade these stocks needs the issuer's sign off. The SEC gave issuers a window to object to their shares trading on a venue, and that window is the whole game. xStocks has grown massively in the past 6 months, and it has done it the respectful way, issuer by issuer. That is why they are the ones adding pools by the thousand. Now look at what is stacking up on Ink. Ink + xStocks + the Hyperliquid partnership + the TGE + a Kraken IPO. That is a lot of speculation pointed at one chain. The builders at @inkfndhq, people like @cruelhandeth, are already building the unique products that capture this volume, like @Quotrons404. My angle in all of it is the liquidity. Liquidity providers are the vending machine owners of tokenized stocks. You stock the machine once, and every trade that runs through your pool pays you a little, all day, every day. When this volume shows up, I want to own the machines.
