We first think of MSK in sports injuries. Had patient recently: gastrocs trauma at soccer, haematoma, improved but still hurts and P+N (lat. foot) when playing. Turned out to be a sural nerve problem through the gastrocs. Nerves also do sport.

Findings: - sural slump and SLR abnormal - reduced sensation (vibration) over lat. foot - palpation along nerve at gastrocs down to TA and calf. reprod. it All 3 pilars of neural diagnosis were abnormal. #neurodynamics and sport.
