I had a dream about ☯️ but I didn’t know how to spell it.
My dad runs a nonprofit that works closely with the Pentagon. his entire life inspired by US values 🇺🇸 My dad taught me 1/3rd of all I am.
On that side of the family the men were all Freemasons tracing back pre- Revolution. Real g units.
In the past decade, my dad developed a strong view that the Chinese Communist Party is his direct opponent.
Ive realized my dad does not allow himself to see the beauty in China. Which means he doesn’t actually understand his opponent yet.
In many ways China-USA wouldn’t exist without eachother.
If all the world was just the USA, the USA would be even more mainstream and lame. It’s only cool to be patriotic here because of the Woke movement saying it’s not.
In the east they understand this more than us. We need them and they need us. Whether u accept the truth or not is a choice ☯️
Now on the other side, my mom was a navy brat who spent her formative years in Taiwan and Thailand. So I learned a very different, important 1/3rd of who I am with her.
And she believes in everything and everyone. She loves China, she loves literally every country. That’s why she made a career as a personal chef and later, as a painter.
My life is West, but it’s only because of the East. Outside is West, inside is East. It only makes sense that way.
I was raised in west LA then St Louis. my daughter is being raised in north miami. I have a feeling later Tennesee but we’ll see.
To have your “right” you need a “wrong” to point at.
Somewhere to draw the line and feel safe on one side of the fence.
The real truth is the fence doesn’t exist. That is the sweet mystery of life.
the big joke™ is that the more you care about social media algos, the less they care about you.
the minute you stop yearning for money, money opportunities fall in your lap.
Why? Because yearning is a lack of faith.
sometimes the money thing is right in front of your face. We can get so focused on "wanting" and "yearning" that we are blind.

the irony is that after a spiritual experience (God), your first instinct will be to control things even more. To try to explain it. Understand it. then you lose it again.
Everything mystical is on the other side of acceptance, surrender and love. Every time. That's the big joke of life.
