The whole series by @ImaniAmrani is fascinating but this is of course close to our heart. @johnmcavoy2 is the epitome of #Inspiration #aspiration #perspiration. Role models are everything and John is living proof.
Sport exposed me to positive role models which in turn helped me turn my life around. The real power of sport is actually the people you meet and the relationships you build and form along the way.
