I don't have any issue with parks - or fans - making their own train pins. I don't own the idea lmao and even if these were all inspired by my pins, I wouldn't care. Shamelessly tracing mine, including specific things I altered that no longer made sense for their design, was diff

All the people in my mentions at the time don't realise that of course I used the actual trains (well, No Limits models actually) as a base. But when you design enamel pins, you have limitations. If you look closely, you'll see so many details I changed. I had to change.

Fellow indie theme park merch designers - a warning that "Nemesis" is experiencing IP take-downs and I personally recommend you delist anything on Etsy with the word Nemesis in it, for the time being at least!

Since I've had several people contact me re: the Maverick on ride photos graphics... No, they did not ask to use my art. I have reached out to the company who provides them to discuss what happened here and what can be done to put this right.

It's a shame... At least this time the result looks good, just wish they'd asked & paid. Mistakes happen & I am withholding judgement for now as this could be multiple layers of outsourcing. It's unreasonable to expect everyone to be familiar with my art to catch it.
