For years, startups could prioritize growth and leave the economics for later. That equation is changing.
Investors are looking beyond revenue growth to understand how efficiently a company turns capital into lasting value.
Belief can be the first resource a startup raises.
A compelling vision attracts capital and talent. Those resources create execution capacity, market presence, and credibility, potentially reinforcing the original belief.
Our latest blog explores how conviction can become a competitive advantage, and where that advantage breaks down when confidence stops responding to evidence.

The hardest part of building a company is not making decisions. It is maintaining the quality of those decisions when the stakes keep rising.
As startups scale, decision fatigue can quietly influence judgment, priorities, and execution, often before founders recognize it.
Our latest article discusses how founders can manage their cognitive bandwidth, structure decision-making, and protect the clarity needed to lead through uncertainty.

Every token allocation makes a promise to someone.
It rewards today's users, developers, and liquidity providers.
Tokenomics is not just about who gets rewarded first. It's about who still has a reason to join next.
1/ Physical infrastructure has always required massive upfront capital.
DePIN is challenging that model by allowing individuals to contribute hardware to decentralized networks and earn rewards for providing real-world services.
From wireless connectivity to GPU compute, mapping, and energy, infrastructure is becoming something communities can build together.
Here is the Pivot Decode on DePIN: Bootstrapping Real-World Hardware Rails. 🧵
7/ The winners won't necessarily be the networks with the most devices.
They will be the ones that solve the harder business problems: finding paying customers, verifying real contributions, maintaining dependable infrastructure, and making operator economics sustainable.
DePIN offers a compelling alternative for building and coordinating physical networks, but decentralization alone isn't a competitive advantage.
The long-term test is whether a distributed network can deliver a service people genuinely need, at a price they're willing to pay.

Capital shouldn't have to wait for infrastructure to catch up.
Fragmented ledgers, delayed settlement, and disconnected financial systems can tie up liquidity and make complex products harder to build.
Web3 offers a path toward shared financial state, atomic settlement, and composable primitives that can help capital move more efficiently across connected markets.

$10M raised to unlock liquidity for tokenized private-market funds.
Fission secured $10 million in Series A funding, led by Pantera Capital, bringing its total funding to $11.6 million.
The company is building infrastructure for secondary trading, stablecoin settlement, and collateralization of tokenized institutional funds, including private credit and alternative assets.
Why it Matters? Tokenized assets need more than onchain access. They need liquidity and faster settlement.
Fission is connecting compliant secondary markets with programmable stablecoin infrastructure to make private-market assets more liquid and usable as collateral.

Owning the supply is one advantage. Deciding where the demand goes is another.
As infrastructure becomes easier to access, the interface can become the point where trust, user intent, and economic value converge.
Our latest article examines why the next generation of defensible companies may focus less on owning assets and more on controlling the workflows through which those assets are used.

A token can offer governance, staking, access, rewards, and fee discounts.
It can still have no real utility.
Adding functions doesn't create demand. Giving users a reason to return does.
1/ Web3 wallets shouldn’t require a manual just to use them.
Seed phrases, repeated transaction approvals, and separate gas tokens still make basic on-chain actions harder than they need to be.
Account Abstraction 2.0 is pushing wallets toward a simpler experience with smart accounts, passkeys, and programmable security.
Here’s the Pivot Decode on Smart Accounts and Passkeys at Scale. 🧵
7/ The next wave of Web3 adoption may depend on making wallets almost invisible.
Users shouldn’t need to understand gas mechanics or navigate repeated approval screens just to use an application.
The strongest consumer dApps will be those that make blockchain complexity fade into the background while preserving meaningful security and user control.
Account Abstraction 2.0 is a step toward that future: less wallet friction, more programmable security, and a simpler path into Web3.
