- We like Stevenson in this spot with TreVeyon Henderson officially ruled OUT, leaving him as the clear RB1 in New Englandโs backfield. Last week, under similar circumstances, Stevenson played 76.3% of the offensive snaps and handled 22 total touches. Heโs cleared this line in 7/11 games when playing 70%+ of the offensive snaps, and weโre expecting another heavy workload here.
- The Patriots average 30 rushing attempts per game, ranking 4th-most in the NFL. Stevensonโs rushing attempts line is set at 14.5, meaning if he reaches 15 carries, heโd only need 3.67 YPC to clear this line. Heโs received 13+ carries in three games this season, recording 51, 64 and 82 rushing yards. With Henderson unavailable, Stevenson should have every opportunity to handle the majority of New Englandโs backfield carries.
- The matchup against Green Bay is another reason we like this play. The Packers allow 110.9 rushing yards per game, ranking 15th against the run while facing 28.5 rushing attempts per game. Green Bay has also allowed 10 rushing TDs this season, the 3rd-most in the NFL. Their run defense has been inconsistent, with several opposing RBs putting together productive performances.
Looking at opposing RBsโ rushing yard performances against Green Bay this season ๐
โ
Bijan Robinson: 194 Rush Yds
โ
Jahmyr Gibbs: 116 Rush Yds
โ
Chuba Hubbard: 81 Rush Yds
โ
Bucky Irving: 61 Rush Yds
โ
Aaron Jones: 40 Rush Yds
- The Patriots enter as 3-point home favorites, giving us a favorable potential game script for Stevenson. If New England can establish a lead, we expect Mike Vrabel to lean on the ground game to control possession and keep Green Bayโs offense off the field. With A.J. Brown also ruled OUT and Hunter Henry questionable, thereโs even more reason for New England to rely on its rushing attack.
- Overall, weโre backing Stevensonโs expected workload more than anything here. With the backfield largely to himself and New England in a position to play from ahead, we like his chances of getting the carries needed to clear this line!

- Purdy has stayed under this line in 5/7 games this season, averaging 30.1 pass attempts per game. Excluding the double-digit loss to the Falcons, heโs stayed under in 5 straight games, including several competitive matchups. That shows he doesnโt necessarily need a blowout to finish below this number.
- San Francisco enters as a 9.5-point favorite, giving us a favorable projected game script for this under. The 49ers already average 127.4 rushing yards per game, and if San Francisco establishes an early lead, we could see Christian McCaffrey and Kaelon Black getting plenty of second-half carries to control the clock.
- The Raiders are allowing the 6th-fewest pass attempts to opposing QBs this season. Against teams ranking in the bottom 10 in pass attempts allowed, Purdy has gone under in 2/12 games, averaging just 27.8 pass attempts.
- The Raiders have one of the NFLโs weakest run defenses, ranking 30th in rushing yards allowed (146.4 YPG) while surrendering 5.1 YPC. This sets up well for Shanahan to establish the ground game with Christian McCaffrey rather than relying heavily on Purdyโs arm.
- The 49ers are also dealing with several injuries at WR, with Mike Evans, Deebo Samuel and Christian Kirk all ruled OUT. While Demarcus Robinson has been activated, the depleted receiving corps gives Shanahan another reason to lean on the rushing attack.
- With the Raiders struggling to stop the run and San Francisco expected to control this game with a depleted receiving corps, we like Purdy to finish with fewer than 31 passing attempts here!

- We like this spot for Washington. Heโs recorded 40+ receiving yards in 6/7 games this season while also seeing 5+ targets in 6/7. Heโs leading the Dolphins with a 25% target share and carries a solid 10.4 aDOT this year against a Lions defense allowing the 5th-highest aDOT to opposing WRs.
- Washington gets the Lions this week, who have been a WRโs dream matchup. Detroit ranks BOTTOM 5 in receptions, targets and receiving yards allowed per game to opposing WRs. Weโve seen plenty of receivers clear this number against the Lions all season ๐
โ
Jordan Addison: 66 Rec Yds
โ
Christian Watson: 57 Rec Yds
โ
Jameson Williams: 47 Rec Yds
โ
Kendrick Bourne: 70 Rec Yds
โ
Jalen McMillan: 192 Rec Yds
โ
Garrett Wilson: 107 Rec Yds
โ
Keon Coleman: 63 Rec Yds
โ
Josh Palmer: 43 Rec Yds
โ
Chris Olave: 182 Rec Yds
โ
Devaughn Vele: 69 Rec Yds
- On top of that, the route matchup is solid. The Lions rank between 27th and 32nd defensively against comeback, out, corner and post routes, which combine for over 60% of Washingtonโs route tree usage.
- Overall, a solid spot. The Dolphins enter as 6.5-point underdogs, so we should see a trailing, pass-heavy game script. Neutral at worst. Weโre expecting Washington to see plenty of targets against one of the worst passing defenses in the league this season. Give us the over!

We like this spot for Washington. 40+ rec yards in 6/7 games this season with 5+ targets in 6/7 as well. Solid 10.4 aDOT this year. Soft matchup in this one.
Gets the Lions this week who have been a WRs dream. They rank bottom 5 in receptions - targets - and rec yards allowed per game to WRs. Weโve seen WRs cover this number all season against the Lions:
Addison - 66
Watson - 57 | Williams - 47
Bourne - 70
McMillan - 192
Wilson - 107
Coleman - 63 | Palmer - 43
Olave - 182 | Vele - 69
On top of that the route matchup is solid. The Lions rank 27th-32th as a defense against comeback - out - corner - and post routes which combine for over 60% of Washingtonโs route tree usage.
Overall a solid spot. The Dolphins are +6.5 dogs so we should see a trailing/passing heavy script. Neutral at worst. Expecting Washington to have plenty of targets against one of the worst pass defenses in the league this season. Give me the over!

- Great spot for Allgeier with several factors working in his favor, starting with his expanded role in Arizonaโs backfield. With Jeremiyah Love and Bam Knight both OUT, Allgeier is in line for a significantly larger workload and should see an increase in offensive snaps and opportunities in the passing game.
- Another reason to like this play is his recent connection with Gardner Minshew. Last week, Allgeier caught all 5 of his targets for 44 receiving yards and a TD. Four of those catches came from Minshew after he took over for Jacoby Brissett, who has since been traded to the Baltimore Ravens. With Minshew now expected to start for Arizona, that connection could become even more valuable.
- The Seahawks have allowed roughly 5.1 receptions per game to opposing RBs, creating an appealing opportunity for Allgeier to get involved underneath.
- Arizona is expected to be playing from behind as a significant underdog. If the Cardinals fall behind, Minshew could be forced to throw more frequently, creating additional checkdown opportunities for Allgeier to take advantage of, especially given his expanded role.
- Everything comes down to opportunity, and Allgeier has a legitimate chance to see an increased workload in this matchup. Between the backfield injuries, his recent receiving involvement with Minshew and Seattleโs tendency to allow receptions to opposing RBs, we like Allgeier to get the opportunities he needs to clear this line!

- Acuff has been given an unusually large offensive role for a rookie and has essentially been given the green light to shoot whenever he wants. Heโs averaging 9.8 3PA per game while playing 37.3 minutes per game. Heโs already averaging 3 made threes per game, and his willingness to consistently let it fly gives us plenty of opportunities to cover this line.
- Keegan Murray is OUT again, and Acuff has cleared this line in 4/6 games without him (66.7%), averaging 3.7 made threes on 10 attempts per game. Heโs attempted 8+ threes in all six of those games, including a 9-three performance against Memphis.
- Looking at Acuffโs shot profile, heโs been one of the NBAโs highest-volume pull-up shooters, averaging 6.7 pull-up 3PA per game (3rd-most in the NBA) while making 2.2 per game. Pull-ups account for 51% of his total shot attempts, which is encouraging against a Spurs defense that ranks 2nd-worst in the NBA at defending pull-up jump shots.
- San Antonio has one of the leagueโs best interior defenses with Wemby protecting the paint, but that creates an interesting matchup for Acuff. With Sabonis setting screens and presenting a significant rebounding threat, Wemby has reason to protect the interior rather than constantly extending out to the perimeter. If the Spurs play drop coverage, Acuff should have opportunities to pull up behind Sabonis screens or before Wemby can contest.
- The Spurs actually allow the fewest 3PA per game in the NBA but rank 22nd defensively against guards in threes allowed. They are much stronger at defending traditional catch-and-shoot opportunities, so Acuffโs ability to create his own shot is what makes this matchup particularly appealing.
Several perimeter creators have already connected on 3+ threes against San Antonio this season ๐
โ
Jared McCain: 6 Threes
โ
Kyrie Irving: 5 Threes
โ
Keyonte George: 5 Threes
โ
Fred VanVleet: 3 Threes
โ
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: 3 Threes
- Weโve already seen Acuff take advantage of this exact matchup, knocking down 3/7 threes against San Antonio on October 27th. This was a lighter-volume game for him, considering heโs attempted 11+ threes in 3 of his last 4 games. With the volume heโs shooting at, he would only need to shoot 30% from deep on 10 attempts to cash.
- Overall, we love the opportunity here. Acuff doesnโt need to rely on teammates finding him open, as heโs comfortable pulling up from deep or creating space off screens. Against a Spurs defense that prioritizes protecting the paint, we like Acuffโs aggressive shot volume to carry him over this line!
