U.S. Senator for Kentucky | I fight for the Constitution, individual liberty and the freedoms that make this country great.

Families are already dealing with high prices. The last thing they need is more government spending, which is exactly what socialist-backed candidates want. I believe that history shows where that road leads: higher taxes, less opportunity, and economic decline. Real reform comes from free markets, limited government, and individual liberty.

Only citizens should vote in American elections. Every ballot cast by a noncitizen cancels out the vote of a lawful American. Washington state should hand over its voter rolls and let investigators do their jobs. States that stonewall federal investigators are asking voters to trust that their elections are secure. Their word alone isn’t good enough.
Breaking: First Assistant US DOJ Attorneys for Washington state, Neil Floyd and Pete Serrano, announce that investigators have found over 400 cases of noncitizens voting in state and federal elections. The DOJ prosecutors claim that WA state is refusing to cooperate and hand over voter rolls. They believe the number of noncitizens voting is much higher — in the thousands.

Every family has to decide what it can afford. Washington never does. The national debt is over $40 trillion, and it keeps growing while both parties vote for more spending. My Six Penny Plan is simple: cut six cents from every dollar the federal government spends, and balance the budget in five years. That is real reform.

Socialism promises security and delivers dependence on Big Government. The more the government controls, the less control you have over your own life. I’ve spent my career defending liberty. Now I'm asking YOU to do the same on Election Day! Make a plan to vote early or on November 3rd: elect.ky.gov/Voters/Pages/Po…

This election is a choice between capitalism and socialism. Democrats offer more spending, more debt, and more government. Republicans offer liberty and a government that answers to you. Kentucky knows which side it’s on. Get out and vote on November 3rd. fox56news.com/news/kentucky/…

"The hope continues, which is that public health could aspire to be honest, to use its powers proportionately and judiciously, to exercise humility. Public health is far from these things. Public health could actually aspire to be bipartisan. Public health is not. It's becoming an increasingly entrenched left-wing discipline run by left-wing ideologues, reaching even more and more absurd conclusions. What public health can be and what it is are still light-years apart." - Vinay Prasad on Anthony Fauci, COVID-19 restrictions, and RFK jr. reason.com/2026/10/25/public…

Washington has a pattern. A new program promises to help, falls short, and then asks for more of your tax dollars to fix the shortfall. Liberty breaks that cycle by trusting you to make your own choices and keep the rewards. I make that case every day in the Senate, and I will never stop fighting for liberty.

Our debt is above $40 trillion. We ran a deficit of nearly $2 trillion last year. We now spend more on interest than on national defense. Wanting to stop that shouldn’t make you an outlier. It should be the bare minimum. townhall.com/news/jeff-charl…

Socialist spending plans promise “free” benefits, like government-run healthcare, child care, and college. I believe the bill always comes due in higher taxes, more debt, and higher prices. Do you agree?

Every dollar lost to fraud is a dollar taken from taxpayers. If you have information about fraud, DOJ is now fast-tracking rewards for tips that lead to criminal charges. Take advantage of this offer and help protect taxpayer funds.
Justice Department Announces Innovative Whistleblower Rewards Program to Combat Fraud Tipsters Eligible for up to $30,000 in Fast-Track Payments “Protecting the American people from fraud remains a top priority for the Department of Justice,” said @AGToddBlanche. “The Fraud Whistleblower Incentive Program (WHIP) offers everyone the opportunity to be part of the solution, help expose fraud, and be rewarded quickly for their efforts. I urge all Americans to use this program and play an active role in bringing fraudsters to justice.” 🔗: justice.gov/opa/pr/justice-d…

We need more people up here willing to do what @elonmusk and I are trying to do - shrink government and cut spending.
FACT: @elonmusk: “Basically, no one in authority in the government whatsoever — with maybe a few rare exceptions [like the] Rand Pauls of the world — actually wants to reduce spending.” @RandPaul @RandPaulReview randpaulreview.com/p/why-elo…

Since January 2025, welfare and fraud schemes ripping off the federal government have cost taxpayers $260.7 billion. Makes you wonder what the bureaucracy is actually good for. If anything.

I came to the Senate to defend liberty and fight wasteful spending, and I will not back down. Liberty is not a Republican or Democratic Party idea. It is an American one, and it deserves defenders in both parties. Let’s get more of our colleagues to put liberty and the Constitution first.
