ERA Live Moore in Charlotte, North Carolina! Great to be on the ground with this team yesterday. The energy and commitment to clients in this room were clear. Thank you for having me!
Ivester Jackson Christie’s International Real Estate in Charlotte, NC! What a pleasure to spend the afternoon with 100+ real estate professionals. The culture you’ve built is felt the moment you walk in. Thank you to Reed Jackson and Lori Ivester Jackson for hosting me and for the care you put into this team.
Starting today, all real estate professionals affiliated with Compass International Holdings will have access to free Healthcare Concierge through TouchCare to help you find the right doctor, navigate medical costs, and dispute incorrect medical bills. You’ll also gain access to Stride, where you can compare marketplace health, dental, and vision plans to find coverage that fits your needs. Finally, we’re bringing you and your team 401(k) retirement savings through Morgan Stanley.
And we’re not stopping there! Next year, we’ll introduce Life and Disability Insurance, easier ways for you to contribute pre-tax dollars to an IRA Personal Savings Plan, and exclusive vendor savings with the world’s top tech, travel and luxury brands.
Today marks a significant step toward our ultimate goal of elevating the real estate profession. In the years to come, Compass International Holdings will continue to work towards a goal of providing every member of our network with better resources to obtain higher-quality, lower-cost healthcare and retirement planning options, built specifically for the way independent real estate professionals work.
Best of luck to all of the runners participating in today’s NYC marathon! This photo was taken 13 years ago when I was running my 50th marathon – completing my goal of running 50 marathons – one in every state, to raise $1 million for nonprofits that support young people in realizing their dreams. It was an incredibly proud moment running my final marathon in NYC, a place that I am proud to call home, raise my family in and start Compass in. I was holding a photo of my first born, Raia, for motivation to get me through the finish line. Congratulations to all of today’s NYC marathon runners!
