Not so fast, partner.🤠 Speeding gives you less time to react and less control of your vehicle. This makes it harder to prevent a collision and puts you at greater risk of serious injury. Pay attention to posted speed zones to help keep our roads safe.

We are moving towards the use of administrative penalties for impaired driving. A commitment to strengthen road safety across the province. This approach will provide police with additional options to remove impaired drivers from the road faster.

Impaired driving is objectionable conduct. 🚩Have a game plan for finding a safe ride home. Police can intercept impaired drivers during routine traffic stops on Saskatchewan roads.

Gentle reminder that u-turns are illegal at intersections controlled by lights in Sask. Intersections that actually have signs are there because it's a high collision intersection and they are there to make people more aware. @SGItweets @reginapolice

Traffic control devices like pedestrian crossing symbols🚸 & yield signs are important to traffic safety. Knowing how to maneuver an uncontrolled intersection is just as important. Be alert. Always slow down & prepare to yield. Look both ways & proceed only when it's safe.
