Paste a message you don't want to answer. Pick how you want to come across. Get three replies back. That's the whole tool. No signup for the first three spins. I built it because I write the same four kinds of reply forty times a week and I was tired of starting from a blank box every time. simondadia.com/reply-roulett…

Paste anything you don't understand into this. Contract clause, tax letter, error message, the email from your accountant. It tells you what it says, what it wants from you, and the one thing you'd regret ignoring. No jargon in the answer. That's the rule.

Why this one works: Role: a translator, not an advisor, so it explains instead of lecturing. Constraint: no jargon allowed in the answer, which forces real plain English. Shape: five numbered slots, so nothing gets buried in prose.

Reply Roulette had a bug for about a day. simondadia.com/reply-roulett… Pick the Stall stance and it handed you reasons. Invented ones. A meeting, a deadline, a thing you were waiting on. Nobody asked it for reasons and none of them were in the input. Stall means buy time without committing. It doesn't mean justify. Fixed and live. If you tried it early and the replies felt like they knew things about your life they shouldn't, that was why.

Every system that has to fire for Google to treat your 50 articles as 50 separate documents. Most sites get 5 indexed and 45 canonicalized. The gap is architectural.

Pre-publication cannibalization check. Compares planned articles against existing site content at the outline level. Catches overlap invisible at the keyword level. Runs before a single article gets written.

I built all of this into one tool. 6 intelligence systems. 4 operating modes. 5 voice presets. BYOK on Claude API. It's called TAG, the Topical Authority Generator. Full breakdown in this week's Laziest Letter → laziestmarketing.com/newslet…

Google canonicalized 9 of your 10 pages about the same topic. You fixed canonical tags, URL parameters, mobile rendering. Nothing changed. The problem was never technical. You wrote 10 articles with identical entity coverage and different titles. Google saw one document repeated 10 times. Canonical tags are a hint. Entity architecture is the fix.

The 7 layers of browser fingerprinting, ranked by how hard they are to defeat. Most people know about cookies. Almost nobody knows about layer 7.

Layer 6–7: TLS fingerprinting + binary integrity. JA3 hashes, HTTP/2 SETTINGS frames, binary verification. These happen at the transport layer, before JavaScript runs. You cannot spoof them from inside the browser. Modified Chromium fails here. Stock browsers pass.

I built ChameleonMode around layers 6 and 7. Because that's where the detection actually happens now. I break down the full fingerprint stack in The Laziest Letter this week.
