A: Yes. They are, while they aren't at their peak bloom yet they are making their debut both at Mount Rainier National Park and at Crystal Mountain. This photo was taken at Paradise yesterday.

We have kicked off Washington Wine Month in the Alpine Inn and our first featured winery is Maryhill Winery!
They will be our featured wine tasting winery until March 13th!
We have a familiar but new face in the Elk this weekend!
Grassquatch will be joining us (you might know them as Ooujh)
They will be playing on Friday the 6th and Saturday the 7th from 9pm-11:30pm!

And it looks like we have a little snow in the forecast for this weekend -
410 will be remaining closed tonight to the Resort, and crews will re-asses the situation in the morning. The resort will be closed tomorrow as well.
For tonight and tomorrow the Alpine Inn and The Elk are open

Due to some unforseen road closures the resort and 410 are closed today, there were 2 mudslides and some downed trees. Crews are working to clear the debris, they are letting people down but only letting people who live here up. Hopefully they will be cleared soon!

The good news: we got 2 feet of snow last night, the bad news it is warm and is currently raining. Because of the high avalanche danger the upper mountain was closed today and is foretasted to be closed tomorrow. as well.
Despite all odds yesterday was a beautiful day and today only had a tiny amount of rain in the morning.
Our trio of musical entertainment continues tonight with Birds of Play! They have made Crystal Mountain their next stop on their tour and will be playing tonight only from 9pm-11:30pm!
We've got a trio of musical entertainment in the Snorting Elk this weekend starting with Acoustic Heat tonight from 9pm-11:30pm! They will be here for one night only so don't miss them,
20 Corners is going to be in the Elk tonight for locals night, they will be doing drink specials today from 5pm-8pm.
