SCAM ALERT: Do Not Trust @living_plague 🚨
I am making this public post to warn the crypto community about a scammer operating under the handle @living_plague. Do not do any business or transfers with this individual.
Here are the exact facts of how he stole 126 USDT from me:
1/ The Backstory & Proof of Identity
This past Sunday, I did a legitimate transaction with this user. He provided me with his personal Bybit UID, and I successfully transferred funds to him. He acknowledged receipt and took the money. This proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Bybit account belongs to him and is actively under his control.
2/ The Mistake & The Lie
Yesterday, I accidentally sent a sum of 126 USDT to that very same Bybit UID. When I contacted him about the mistake, he completely changed his story. He is now claiming that he "doesn't actually see" the money in the account.
3/ The Changing Stories
When I pressed him for answers, he came up with a classic, ridiculous scammer excuse. He claimed that he is "not the real owner" of the Bybit account he used to receive my money on Sunday. He claims he "chatted with the actual owner," and that person told him they didn't see anything. How can you use an account on Sunday, but suddenly it's not yours on Monday?
4/ Total Refusal to Cooperate
To settle this transparently, I gave him a very simple solution: record a video of his phone screen opening the Bybit app, showing his profile UID, and scrolling through yesterday's deposit history. If he truly didn't receive it, the video would prove it. Unsurprisingly, he completely refuses to do a screen recording.
Conclusion:
@living_plague is nothing but a dishonest scammer. He has my 126 USDT, knows exactly where it is, and is using cheap lies to keep it.
Please block, report, and stay far away from this thief to protect your own funds. ❌
PUBLIC NOTICE
RE: RECENT ATTACKS ON OMOYELE SOWORE
"My attention has been drawn to recent attacks on Omoyele Sowore, in which he has chosen to drag my name and family into his ongoing activities in Ekiti State.
Let me state categorically that I am not unfamiliar with his style of engagement. However, I am not aware of the issues or circumstances informing these latest attacks. This naturally raises one fundamental question: How many individuals does Sowore intend to drag into this matter?
Attacks on my person are not new. He adopted a similar approach during my tenure as President of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), and the same pattern continued even after my appointment as Senior Special Assistant to the President on Students' Engagement.
Over time, I have deliberately chosen to remain focused on my responsibilities rather than engage in endless public controversies. I am committed to issues of greater importance and will not allow unnecessary distractions to derail my priorities.
It is also important to recognise that our approaches to activism, engagement and public advocacy differ significantly. We operate on different principles, values and priorities, and I believe these differences should be respected.
However, dragging my family into political disagreements or personal attacks is entirely unacceptable. My family has no involvement in these issues and should not be subjected to unnecessary public scrutiny or controversy.
I therefore urge Sowore to exercise restraint, demonstrate a sense of responsibility and concentrate on the issues at hand rather than resorting to personal attacks involving my name and family.
For the avoidance of doubt, I remain focused, undistracted and steadfastly committed to my responsibilities."

Sowore (33k votes in 2019, 14k in 2023) is accusing Tinubu’s student engagement aide Sunday Asefon of plotting to assassinate him in Ekiti. Police say it was a restaurant altercation and arrested 11 suspects. Asefon has real work with Nigerian students, no reason to waste energy on someone who can’t win a ward.
Asefon is busy engaging students and empowering them across the country.
BREAKING: FRESH REVELATIONS LINK PRESIDENT TINUBU’S AIDE SUNDAY ASEFON AND Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu's IN-LAW, EKITI-BORN FHA BOSS OYETUNDE OJO TO THE ALLEGED ASSASSINATION PLOT AGAINST ME IN ADO-EKITI!
Fresh information from our sources points to Asefon Sunday Dayo, former NANS President and SSA to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on "Student Engagement," as one of the alleged ringleaders of the October 30, 2026, assassination attempt against me and members of my team in Ado-Ekiti.
Our sources identify Asefon’s bodyguard and enforcer, Ayodeji Akintade Ifeoluwa, as one of those deployed to lead the attack (he was the one in green polo wielding and using machette on our team members) alongside Sola Adenijo, aka Solar, whom we have identified as a principal coordinator of the armed assault.
We have also received information implicating "Hon" Oyetunde Oladimeji Ojo, Managing Director of the Federal Housing Authority (FHA), Tinubu’s son-in-law and husband of Folashade Tinubu-Ojo. Our sources claim he mobilized Sola Adenijo aka "Solar" for the operation.
Asefon was in Ekiti for a #CityBoys Movement event on Thursday, October 29. According to information available to us, DSS operatives and Governor Biodun Oyebanji’s Chief Security Officer, CSP Ayodele Akinlua, alerted individuals connected to the event about my presence. We are informed that a prolonged meeting followed, during which the attack was planned.
The following morning, CSP Akinlua called Moyinoluwa Olowoyo Gigabytes Nation, popularly known as Gigabytes, an #EndSARS activist and member of the Take It Back (TIB) Movement, warning him that my safety could not be guaranteed if I participated in political activities in Ekiti State.
Our sources further claim that discussions were held with "Hon" Makinde Araoye, organizer of the @ikogosimarathon Marathon, concerning the cancellation of my participation in Saturday’s race. We have received information suggesting that the announcement was deliberately delayed in anticipation of the planned attack against me. Hon Makinde Araoye announced soon as the attack took place, stating I was banned from participating in Ikogosi marathon
According to the information we have gathered, the initial plan was to attack us at MIDAS 90.5 FM station in Ado-Ekiti, where I granted a one-hour interview between 12 noon and 1 p.m. on Friday, October 30.
However, we left the radio station before the group reportedly assembling at Fajuyi Park could complete its mobilization.
Our sources indicate that individuals on motorcycles subsequently followed our team, tracking our movements with the aid of another person until armed attackers descended on us at Tawakalitu Restaurant in Dalimore area of Ado-Ekiti, where we were brutally assaulted.
We have also received disturbing accounts alleging that DSS operatives and police personnel accompanied or assisted the attackers. These claims emanated from eyewitnesses. the police CP in Ekiti State Command, Michael Falade later claimed it was an "altercation" and that those of us attacked only sustained minor injuries.
Remember, Asefon Sunday Dayo previously threatened to attack me when he was NANS President.
We survived the brutal attack, and the revolutionary struggle must continue.

Shortly after the payment, my account was suspended, and my subscription has now been cancelled. This means I can no longer access or use the service I paid for.
I'm not complaining about the service itself. My concern is simply that I was charged $215, but my account was suspended and the subscription was cancelled shortly afterward.
I'd really appreciate it if you could review my account and payment and consider refunding the $215, or restore my access.
I can provide the receipt, transaction details, or anything else you need to verify the payment.
I'm genuinely asking for your help here. $215 is a lot of money for me, and I would really appreciate getting this resolved.
Thank you for taking the time to look into this.
